Not sure why it is using x86 without 64. Fex can do both, maybe it was an older version. It is inside a container, but FEX is emulating x86 processor, so you won't be able to see the host CPU inside it, this is because it virtualises x86.

The problem im having is that the vast majority of games ive tried dont seem to work at all. Even with Vulkan. Many say that they cant detect the graphics device. Others give me Direct3D errors (even though ive enabled all the directx dlls). Only a handful of games seem to work its so frustrating.

Could you install steamcmd this way?

VERY COOL, i just made a little hp 800 G4 to run windows 10 and vm of HomeAssistant, kodi with usb tv tuner and backend, retrobat for emulation, and i wanted to vm a nas, but with 35watts arround 10 on idle, i remenber rpi 4 with vm, just to run homeassistant and like libreelec or recalbox for basic emulation. it will be cool just for 5watts have all this
