29:30 Where you mention how it's almost impossible to get certain achievementa for Stadium levels.....you can actually edit some of the specs in the settings like which kind of Stadium level you want, and even set the trial time higher so you get more time to collect stats! While there is still some chance to it, it's a LOT easier to manage getting checklist items if you make a plan with those settings in mind! Be tactful ;3 That said, I really enjoy the run through of the rest of the game! I feel like there are endless little details and craftmanship awes in this game than people will ever be able to list our and show off in one sitting. Enthralling.

I really tried to play and enjoy Super Paper Mario last year, but I think my growing up seeing and hating its not an RPG really soured it for me. Its fun for real, but it just doesn't scratch the paper mario itch I get. Better when I wanna play a Super Mario platformer of sorts. Also, it doesn't help I got stuck fairly early in. Stuck in some sort of Maze like building I believe in Chapter 2 or 3, then quit. It was shortly after making enough points for that lady who turned into a Spider. Dw, I do plan to restart the game and follow a Guide for that specific area next time.

a remake of Yooka Laylee titled Yooka Replaylee has been announced recently. While im sure it cant solve the major conceptual issues with the game, its only a remake after all, i am hoping its going to fix the game's smaller issues to at least make it a more enjoyable modern game.

Instead of your second tag, couldn't you have reset the game and come back as Donkey? I'm not familiar with the game, but I think you said both Diddy and Tiny couldn't do some things at that time until they were unlocked by Donkey, so if you reset for the free switch the next time you went to either the others there would be more stuff to do.

This is one of maybe 5 games I've ever played that I genuinely, wholeheartedly despise. The story is abysmal and unintentionally hilarious and the controls are the worst I have ever played

That said, I'm old enough to remember the Super Mario Bros Super Show and to me, I've always associated Lou Albano as the voice of Mario simply because he sounds like an actual Italian American from New York which is what Mario is supposed to be.

when i fought klungo in cauldron keep in this game, i couldn't tell the clones apart (he ingested the blue potion in that file) and so i had to be lucky when attacking them

every time i start a new game in banjo-kazooie, i always do the tutorial in spiral mountain because the things kazooie and bottles call each other are so funny; bottles calls kazooie "chicken legs" at one point in the game which is just too funny to explain also i have 100%'d the game in one file since the game has gotten easy for me, so i refuse to erase that one. also, if you don't know, jumping into dingpot after finishing the game and collecting all 100 jiggies just plays the secret ending cutscene again

Different folks, different strokes, but I loved the war and zombie sections. Those were the sections I played the most as a kid. (My pare ts bought me this now knowing what it was but once the deed was done I refused to let them take it back. I loved it so much lol)

21 minutes creepy castle. Would it not have been possible to use the free switch from the Boss fight to go to diddy and open the ballroom and then come back as tiny ? Also why not enter castle with chunky immediately to open the gates for diddy? That would have only left the tree

Bigger worlds arent always better, i rather have 8 small to medium levels filled to the brim then 5 enormous levels that have barely anything in them.

I mean a big thing mentioned in the game that you didn't really mention for some reason is Ellen never reported her rape because she was more worried about her reputation going down than letting her rapist face justice. Whether or not you think she was justified in doing it, I think it's worth a mention as it gives AM at least a partial reason to be disgusted by her other than "woman raped".

In the N64 days, Rare were incredible. Super Mario 64 was an amazing game, It did so much, and did it all so well, and was very innovative and playable, definitely one of the best games of all time. Yet Banjo-Kazooie manages to beat SM64 at it's own game.

Still one of my favorite games of all time.

As a kid who played banjo 1 and 2 i loved it and was a fan. When i was a teenager with nuts and bolts i didnt last a hour. Now as a adult i can appreciate what rare did somewhat... but i still think they could have done something that would have been better received by the auidence at the time by just finishing the trilogy of "ooie" games

I like that this video doesnt go into glitches or speedrun tricks. Alot of vids like to go into what glitches you can use to skip or get around sections so this feels like a more satisfactory answer to me
