I don’t know if I have ever seen someone on the stand make so much eye contact with the jury. I really hope she gets the help she needs.

Totally agree with you. This non stopping eye contact is really weird. Looks like she's giving a special performance for this group of people and doesn't care about others at all

So here’s the funny thing. A lot of members on a jury don’t like it when the “victim” is making a lot of eye contact with them and not the lawyers or audience. Because exactly as you say. It looks performative. It’s like a recital of information. Sometimes context matters but a lot of time it is really questionable when the victim or particular first party witness speaks directly to them because it’s so clear that they aren’t calling back from memory. Or answering in good faith.

She seriously answered every question directly to the jury as if they were her audience and were asking the questions. What tf is going on with this woman.

Amber's manipulation is astounding!! It is crazy how she managed to get away with those blatant lies and acting while under oath!!

She thinks that looking at the jury will garner sympathy for her, but it does everything other than that. Just comes off as manipulative.

The joke at the end is the most interesting part of this, clearly this was something they prepared beforehand to bring some humor in, but what is also clear is that answer is the truth...and notice that unlike pretty much every other question she looks more at her lawyer than at the jury...

Well...i hope the video clips and sound clip of her verbally abuse J , where she also admit SHE hit him,not the other way around , will tell them enough . Its also pictures with several bruises on J ,even hospital records, and also her chopping off J's finger. I mean, the proof are many. But of course ,of you really close your eyes for all of the proof,and only see and hear it all from A's side, then they would buy it.

Amber : No, I’m unteachable Amber’s teacher : Amber you are unteachable 😊 What he really meant was : Amber, many people wants play a music instrument but not everyone can’t. For example people they don’t have a heart can’t bc you have to feel the music you have to feel the emotions etc and you don’t have a heart. Amber : But I Teacher : No Amber!!! She destroyed herself… I have never seen this woman act until this trial and she is a bad actor. I was in an abusive marriage for 18 years and one does not forget details like she did unless it’s made up.

I know this comment is old by now, but I feel the need to point out that while there are many holes in Amber’s story, this isn’t one of them. Plenty of domestic violence survivors feel trapped and stay in their relationship, and sometimes it CAN be years before they have the courage to leave. There are plenty of reasons for this too. I don’t think it’s fair to actual victims to try to use this as a “gotcha” in this case :/
@Roy3.165 ай бұрын
@@lexirey430 no abused person would never wanted to stay with their abuser if they sexually assaulted her with a bottle, her outlandish incredibley over dramatic story was ludicrous and unbelievable also there was no valid medical reports of those, but on the other hand we heard on a tape recording while she admitted that she wasn't punching johnny she was hitting johnny and the most interesting part was 99% of those recordings were done by her to make look johnny bad but it backfired towards her and revealed that she was the abuser in that relationship
@lexirey4305 ай бұрын
@@Roy3.16 I’m not talking about the rest of her story. I’m not talking about amber and johnny at all. I’m talking specifically about the idea that dv survivors are liars if they don’t immediately leave. That’s just not true and such a harmful idea to perpetuate, no matter how much you dislike the person you’re targeting. There are way better ways to prove she’s a liar!
