@@traviscea it's hard to find ppl with this mindset, all the Subaru owners just want to make power, but a lot don't realize you can't put that power down anywhere on a track. @TheLastS2094 ай бұрын
@@dancingcalcium I myself have a killer b super EJ oil pan/baffle/pickup. I think it's one of the best things you can do to prevent oil starvation from high lateral g corners experienced at the track. If doing just a street build, it's not necessary at all. Motoiq has a lot of interesting videos, but a lot of it is marketing hype, like their video on aos. An aos for Subarus is not absolutely essential and adds just another failure point. For instance, if you have minimal blowby, then why do you need an aos? A lot of ppl buy into all these reliability mod myths, I think the data has shown they don't do anything except make your pockets thinner. If you want really good Subaru content on how to make Subarus reliable follow flatironstuning, they have a video on this, and you'll find out that their list involves no actually modifications to buy. It's all maintenance.

Side mirrors. Titanium exhaust one exit noble makes one it’s full titanium great price great weight savings. The Stis don’t make enough horsepower to care for a dual. Back on the side mirrors get carbon you’d be surprised how much just those factory ones weigh. I’m currently moving but when I’m moved I’m making a full carbon floor mat that will mount to the seat bolts that way I can take out the carpet in the whole car. That was a lot of weight on my evo 9 rs that I had as a daily. Crash beam front and rear remove and replace with aluminum will save weight. Move wiper fluid to rear and battery to rear gets you closer to 50/50 weight distribution when you do ti exhaust.. door cards carbon saves weight. Speakers remove and put into seats smaller speakers. Saves weight and on those long trips you can still rock hard.. can’t think of other things right now. Not bad video. Seems like your starting keep it up.
