So in the UK BMW have charged me £382.66 to fix this issue. 2 new rings and 2 new sensors. 2024. They under quoted me as it should be £468.22 ish so bear this in mind in the UK. Also BMW will not spray rust converter on these either which helps prevent the issue in the future. Shame but it’s BMW they have a process.

2013 bmw 335i: I was driving, abs light turned on along with traction control light. Car lost power so i parked, battery light turned on car engine started reving up and down by itself. Windshield wipers started going on. Car turned off and would not start. Orange Exclamation point turnd on. What the fuck is happening someone please help 🙏🏼

@@marceloruffino I took the car to a trusted bmw mechanic. Turns out i had an electrical issue with a wire conecting to the battery.

There was a BMW recall on wire connecting to the battery. Your case is rare, most often the car would just be dead and wouldn't do anything. Key stuck, doors wouldn't lock unlock. Major safety issue.

Hello, I think I have a problem with the abs modules, no errors or lights come on, the symptom is and when I turn on the windshield above 120kmh it stops, losing around 20kmh, could it really be the abs module? When I deactivate drybranking through coding it doesn't help me but I feel the car is a little stuck at the speed level, thanks for the answer, hugs from Portugal

There's so many variables in this, like country, camera, 2020 is the year when parameterisation kicked in etc.. it's difficult to pinpoint without all this.

They don't remove it. They just don't give it unless you pay for the upgrade.

No, they just standard washers, someone suggested o rings as well, they'd do the same job, if not better

does it work on my car? I have a Golf 7 from 2017 without the A5 control unit. I used a different website to download traffic signs for the map. I got the traffic signs, how ever i want my traffic sign to show up in my digital dash too but there is no option for that in my settings and OBD11. ive read the description of the video but i was wondering if there is a code which maybe only unlocks the traffic sign on my dash

Multiple things, e.g. it doesn't have data for your country. Sometimes it's just you need to take it for a drive

No, but there's a soft autolock. Not the same as pressing with a key fob and alarming the car, but the doors are locked

You may not have the right hardware, e.g. camera

If it doesn't fix it, then you have a more severe case and might be time to replace the shaft / deep clean and replacement of reluctor ring

Just replace the sensors yourself, 40 euros per side and maybe an hour labor total

The device is the same. If You want to do the 'aplications' You can buy credits, but if You want to do coding/adaptations or long coding, you may buy pro plan or ultimate plan.

I have a 08 528 xi and just upgraded to drill and slotted rotors installed new sensors and brand new shoes and hardware cause everything was rusted now and now am getting abs 4x4 and the dts why you think its causing that and the e brake light is on but in orange when the handbrake is down and red when is up I will really appreciate your help thanks
