As someone with tinnitus I cannot fathom sleeping with earplugs in. I have to have a quiet tv or low power fan in the background. I'm gonna try these earplugs for riding though, good review.

Excellent and clear presentation. As to your conclusions, I agree with your rationale. After more than 50 bikes in my riding life (I'm 74 now) I had to recently trade in my stock CL500 - the first new bike I ever bought - for a CB125F as the CL500 was just too heavy for me - I've been ill and it's not likely to get any better - but I wanted a reliable lightweight to keep riding which I still enjoy tremendously. Most of my previous bikes until the 80's were british singles or twins, basket cases requiring re-build. With care and attention to detail those old Brits can be reliable. I've learnt a lot about motorcycle repair and maintenance fror 1964 onwards and have had some really nice modern bikes too, BMW R80RT, Honda 650 Dominator, Yamaha SR 500, Suzuki SV650S etc, but any time I put a too loud exhaust on regretted it due to the anti social aspect, though the SV650 loved it when re-jetted after modifying the standard exhaust and de-catting it. I expect I'll put a similar to your Black Widow on my 125 when I get it as the stock exhaust sounds really quiet and is also heavy and ugly. Just hope I can deal with the lack of power down the line. Ride safe and enjoy. Miss ALL moving and stationary objects 🙂

Just came across this video. Generally, lots of good advice was given but passing the queue of traffic, you were going way too fast. Vehicles or pedestrians could easily have come out from the left and you wouldn’t have been able to stop in time. With a louder exhaust, don’t forget that this will increase insurance premiums and will still be a nuisance for your neighbours. The best thing to do is upgrade your horn and/or use it frequently 👍🏻

Just ordered some cleaner and proofing (same brand as you used). I'm sure my jacket needs more than a miracle due to age and condition, around 20 years old 😂. If it doesn't work well nothing lost but if it works I'll try on my new supposedly 100% waterproof jacket that as waterproof as a colinder (will not be buying that brand again). As they say you get what you pay for 😂😂

I am thin tall, that's y suits on me, if its about sound, i love the sound of stock exhaust, because i run my bike mostly on clutch, i am owning this bikr from past past 12 years, as a youth you can't get a better commutter other than this, obviously 125, how can you expect power, how can you expect a donkey to run like a horse, if you want to go fast then buy atleast 300cc, if you're poor, then don't expect much, earn some money 💸, this is good bike, as if you're owner of this, you're intelligent, youth, not uncle ji

Absolutely love this!! With my new 125 I won’t get the chance to go on a motorway until I pass my next test, but I am looking to start filtering through traffic on the suburban roads where I live….haven’t plucked up the courage to do so yet…only did my 3rd bike ride today since passing 😂😂😂 Thanks for filming and sharing this….part of me wanting a bike was to be able to filter and not sit behind drivers who are dawdling in traffic. Top job 👏👏👏👍
@2WheeledCoconut4 ай бұрын
Hahahaha this was me having this exact conversation with my wife earlier after going for a ride. Before getting the bike it was just jump in the car and drive off…now more than the gear, it’s “well I can’t put my phone in that pocket……and we’ll can’t keep the house keys there….” Etc etc etc 😂😂😂 …but I don’t miss the ease of ‘hop in and drive off’….as over time I will get into a routine of what goes where …but more so….the joy of riding surpasses the current hassel of moving things around pockets 😂
