my gear sensor has two wires. one of the wires is larger and it has another insulated wire inside of it, wrapped in a bunch of tiny silver wire strands. how do i wire this properly? Thanks

Use left hand drill bit in a drill on reverse when drilling into the fastener, sometimes it’ll unscrew the broken fastener before even needing to insert the extractor into the drilled hole

Hey Chris Finally exploring our Ozzie water world and we bumped into a boatie with one of those porta bote folding dinghies. We have an old Gemini Rib which we did a lot of repairs on. It’s a fine dinghy, but Linda and I are binge watching so many sailing videos with boats similar to our 35’ mono. Anyway, Linda is pretty keen on a hydrovane or similar for autohelm in reasonable winds. But with a dinghy on davits that just wouldn’t work. So, thinking about maybe making a flip tail 9 which should be ok for our gear us and a small outboard. Are you still using yours?

The tray needs sealing to the inner course of bricks or it’s redundant. Water will just past behind it and the problem will persist. Weep hole is upside down too. But good clear advice otherwise
