Thanks for letting us know Matt. I believe newer cars (12 years old or less) almost all have the arrow, whereas prior to 1990s there were none. Cars in between these dates are hit and miss - some have them and some don't. If it's a hire car your dealing with, it will be newer and therefore will have the arrow. Cheers, Chris 👍
