Condolences to the family. Have enjoyed Chaplin's classics for a long time. The chicken pallard dishes are so wonderful. I make Chicken Francaise, Chicken Piccatta, Chicken Kiev, or , Chicken Cutlet, Chicken Marsala at least once a week. Makes eating chicken like an uptown delicacy. His memory is with so many of us out here.

From raw little necks to clams casino to chowda or even stuffies, is there a more complete food source? Digging clams was a rite of passage when I was a kid! From the Wrinkle City river to the Narragansett bay and everywhere in between, dig some clams and try Jack's recipes! You won't be disappointed! Jack? have you got an easy recipe for Clams Giovanni?

Can I ask why you peel the asparagus? Is it so it doesn’t get stringy when you bite it? Because when I cook mine they tend to get chewy and stringy.

Instead of saying: "Cooking with the Blues", the KZbin closed captioning on my phone says: "Goon Window Booze"! 😂 Yeah, the auto-generated, KZbin CC isn't all that great. It only seems to work if one speaks proper, perfect English...and it BARELY works, then! 😃

There's a soft spot in my yard for this man! Contrary to the popular narrative and third poor in Philly and a guy just like this big Greek guy caught me stealing potato chips and beat my ass I still have a finger on my right hand that doesn't work right to this day he called my mother and my mother made me show up there every day after work even though he didn't want me there my mother was a fierce opponent! He took me under his wing and worked me like a dog but after a while he started showing me things taking me to the eagles game and other places because he knew my dad died when I was very young and before you know it I was an Irish kid and in all black neighborhood that spoke almost fluent Greek! There's a saying that I love it goes we are all the some of the Great Men we have met along our path! I wish I would have went in and ate his restaurant and met him in person!
