No! Start Me Up was later in the Rolling Stones show. I remember Keith Richards having to hold the stage as a solo perfomer for a while and he sang it was funny😂. And then came the JT Start me Up with Mick. It was awesome. I can't believe I was at the biggest Rock and Roll Concert Ever.. ❤🙏🙏🙏

What a stunning video! You’ve truly captured the beauty of Pelee Island like no one else ever has. As a permanent year-round resident of this incredible island, I can confidently say you’ve showcased its charm and uniqueness perfectly. Pelee Island is a hidden gem in Canada, and not many people know about it. It’s actually the southernmost inhabited place in the country, and its natural beauty is unmatched. The weather here is typically gorgeous, though we do experience the occasional storm-and when they hit, they can be a real spectacle! The wildlife here is absolutely breathtaking. As you showed in your video, we even have pelicans, which are always a joy to see, along with countless other rare and fascinating bird species. During the spring and fall migrations, bird enthusiasts travel from all over the world to witness the incredible variety of birds that pass through the island. Thank you so much for taking the time to create this amazing video. It’s a gift to those of us lucky enough to call Pelee Island home. I hope you don’t mind, but I’d love to share it with a private group exclusively for island residents so they can enjoy it too. Your work perfectly highlights why this island is such a special place!

I worked at N & D, and I recognized the last photo you showed in the video the Yorktown sign I was a bag boy, and Steve Budimir-the one who used to give out candy to the kids-was my neighbor. I even used to cut his grass! I always looked forward to taking out groceries for customers, hoping to get a $0.10 tip. And if I got $0.25? That was like hitting the jackpot!

Fantastic video! I just followed you here from Facebook, where you mentioned a photo you’re trying to identify. At the end, you talked about the flying saucer, and I posted a question about it there. I’ve also followed you on Facebook. Thank you so much for your content-it’s absolutely fascinating!

I noticed that the by-line of the first newspaper article you showed concerning "Bessie" was that of Paul Vasey, journalist and novelist who later hosted the local CBC radio morning show, 1980s-90s. Enjoyed the video!

I remember growing up on the west side of Detroit and taking a city bus with bunch of buddies to Windsor going through the tunnel and renting the ice at Windsor arena for $25 an hour to play some pick up hockey back in the early 70’s.

My great grandfather was murdered at a warehouse on giles blvd in the 40's and i myself worked 3 years at the cpr slipdock, i docked the train barges. I am sure its too late but that slasher book sounds very interesting. I have some pretty good stories of windsor myself if you ever want to hear of them. I have worked for city of windsor parks and rec, back in the mid 70's. cp rail for 3 years, kelsey hayes, rustshield plating, inter city trucking for a summer, windsor plastics for a month lol. Interestingly i worked docking barges the year the grad prix started in detroit. Been here since i was 4 years old. in the mid 70's i even worked at ye olde fish market across street from windsor stars old building. That book is interesting due to family murder that i was not told about till i was in my 40's. Thanks for your time.

Happy New Year Micheal 🎉🎊✨️ Thank you immensely for sharing these images. My husband was born in Windsor Ontario and back in 2018, I was able to visit his home town. It took us both back obvfor my husband, wayyyy back. I was giddy and excited and repeatidly pointed to most images, I was there, there, there 😀 😄 😉 How beautiful it felt to step back in time to see how Windor has grown. And to see and walk in the footsteps of my hubby as a child ... Canada holds a big part of my life.

I saw my first and last creeper several years ago on a 200 year old sugar maple in front of my farmhouse. It was winter and from the kitchen window I saw a leaf fall from the tree which I thought was odd. Well, then the leaf started flying up! You guessed it, Brown creeper. This tree is so old and covered with very rough bark. It is the perfect tree for a creeper to explore. I keep hoping to see another. When driving today I thought I saw one, looks like the bird in your video, but moved so quickly I couldn’t id it. Great informative video!

A few months before I was born, so I obviously didn’t see it. My mom, dad and my siblings probably went down there to look at it. My dad played trumpet for a few years on the BobLo boats. His main job was at the Elmwood Casino.
