I found a parking address for Paw Paw Tunnel with Oldtown, MD address. Is this address legitimate one? What is the difference between Paw Paw, WV address and the one I found? Please let me know. Thanks!

I included directions in the video description. If you look at those directions in google maps and change the starting address to where you are, it should give you directions to the trailhead. Good luck!

The warranty in EU is practically worthless. I sent my jacket in with a broken zipper, newly washed and in near mint condition as I rarely use it except for skiing once a year, but they refused to replace the zipper slide because they claimed the membrane was "contaminated", whatever that means. No photos or other documentation to back their claims. I will never buy Arc'teryx again.

Stopped by yesterday. Not sure the reason for the plywood. Saw a few bats inside. Maybe not wanting it to become a bay cave is the only thing I could think of. Or folks trying to raft in there?

Late 2023, i got my beta sv replaced by a sabre. What a downgrade … poor after sales support from my point of view, for the jacket price

I did a version of this trail as a "run" a few years ago except I did two miles on the gravel road which was super steep. My goal was getting vert training and I got a little over 2500ft, which is pretty decent considered that was over 4.5 miles of the out and back. I love/hate that road because it is so steep at a +24 percent grade at times but it's awesome training and the view from the road are awesome as well.

I was looking for hikes in CT for when I visit and this video circuitously led me to alltrails where I found a bunch of trails that look interesting. I figured I'd should give thanks for that and for showing what some of the trails look like.

I just bought my very first Arc'teryx jacket. The Beta AR. I have to say, the warranty process worries me a little. I completely understand the delays in shipping (which are terrible but thats not Arc'teryx fault), but a month to fix? I feel like the turnaround time should be faster. I guess due to the price and supposed quality of these products I just assume they dont get many warranty claims, so unless they literally have one person doing every single repair to maintain consistency or something, i would just assume they dont have tons and tons of jackets waiting in line causing a month or longer delays....

Not sure what your end point is. However I do believe the trail goes all the way to the Middle Creek Reservoir. Past that I think there is some road walking but I am not 100%. There is an interactive map on the horseshoe Trail website (cart.hstrail.org/trail/), maybe that could be helpful.

Nice video. Too bad parking is so limited. Certainly don't park on the road because they tow you and it will cost $400. The reason they tow cars on the road is because there have been many bad accidents caused by parked cars on the road.

You should visit your doctor at least a month prior to your trip as they will give you the best advice. However for myself, I was up-to-date on all routine vaccinations including COVID-19, and I was prescribed malaria pills plus was vaccinated for yellow fever.
