I have bought a car and just got temporary provisional insurance on MY car. Does anybody else need to be added to this insurance? Just to clarify I am the only one insured on this car and as a provisional license holder.

Depends if you have your passport photo taken when you were 12 years old you may not want your driving license photo as a 12 year old you so I would pay the extra and have a up to date photo of you as when you pass you will most certainly keep the photo of your provisional license and it will get transferred to your full license if you pass your driving test

Great to mention motorway lessons. Really important to give experience and gain confidence on motorways - they're very different to regular dual carriageways and DVSA allows ADIs in car with dual controls, to take learners on motorways ( you'll need to have had dual c way lessons as prep of course). PDIs are not allowed to deliver motorway lessons to learners, but if you do go with a PDI, you could go back to them after you've passed your test - and they've passed their final test, to go on motorways... If you're speaking with an instructor who can't be bothered with, or can't see the benefit of learners having motorway lessons, then that's a red flag. Go to another instructor !!

!! fully qualified instructor is 'Approved Driving Instructor / ADI' and has green octagonal badge (not blue !!). 'Potential Driving Instructor / PDI' has pink triangle badge. PDI has passed the PDI has passed the instructor's theory test and advanced driving test and is working through the p3 'teaching' part of the test process. Badges must be on display during lesson. Ask to have a look at your instructor's badge... has it expired?

To the average Joe, what’s the use of having a really fast car if you won’t drive it really fast most of the time. In UK the average speed you would be able to drive is around 20 to 30 mph in towns/cities and around 70 to 100 mph in highways/motorways. This car does just that. There’s no autobahn here where you could drive with unlimited speed.🤷🏻‍♂️

been driving 1.6 and 2.2 turbo diesel all my life now in aygo....car is good but u need to plan ahead as u just dont have the speed.....good car tho feels like a go cart which is good at times.....hill start really help only problem is i have stalled this car 15x in last 3 months hehe

Passed my theory test today first time... 49/50 mcqs 59/75 hazard Perception. How did I pass? By NOT studying the book!...Questions questions QUESTIONS, keep doing them and practice them! The more repetitive and diverse questions you r able to answer correctly in shorter period increases and builds your chances of passing. And don't do a few mock tests and pass...you need to pass minimum 60-80 mock tests, I know this from experience becos I passed over 100 mock tests and 100 Hazard perceptions before I did my examination at DVLA on 18th February 2023! Also make sure with the hazard perception videos you r aiming to score minimum 3 out of 5 marks per clip and you understand precisely where the hazard starts in each scenario to build your understanding of common themes that creates a potential hazard for you the driver. Good luck to those who r preparing for the test!

It's telling me I can only get a moped license. I'm 16 and 6 months. I did it all then it said it can't verfie me and told me to do it the old way. At the end of that it started asking me if I need a organ donation or some shit. I used gov.uk

I'm forced to take the intensive route because I have to pass for my job in two months! So much pressure.

I got my driving licence in just 7 weeks, I did 4 hour lesson per week

Got 39 on theory And 47 on hazard 😫
