Great athlete, he was awesome in broken ranch. CrossFit a different animal altogether. Not at that Level. Simple assessment

She has a good point: there needs to be more diversity of events before final cuts are made because some will excel in one event but not another. And if more people are allowed in the finals (e.g. 20 people instead of 10), it may allow for some exciting "dark horses" coming up unexpectedly and upsetting the field.

I thought the days of Ro Vs. Boz were over. I'm SOOO glad they're not, so happy to see fit guys like you and me doing an Open workout... And yes, I'm still #TeamRo (Even if Sammy Russo is right on the #NoRep wall walks - "The rep is credited when the athlete returns to the starting position, with both hands touching the first line and their chest, thighs, and feet touching the ground").

I think many, including Ro and Boz should be seeing a minor infringement penalty..... “This workout begins with the athlete standing behind the furthest line from the wall and facing the wall” Easy to understand as CrossFit choose which rules to enforce and which athletes get a pass.....
@rorymckernan78513 жыл бұрын
Thanks Mike. We will seek the appropriate penalties. Thanks so much for stopping by.

@@rorymckernan7851 The issue isn't your score... It's the fact that so many athletes followed you... If it's ok to fail to meet ALL of the standards why have standards.... Countless athletes aiming to go further have made the same mistake... CrossFit wants to be seen as a serious sport. For that to happen CrossFit has to take itself seriously

Rory good video, good information. I really enjoy listening to Chris l have heard him an a couple of podcast his story from where he came from to where he is now is very interesting. I really don’t like to run but putting it the way he does makes a ton of sense. I will be giving it a try. Now that our gym is down would be the perfect time to start this. Thanks.
