Fun fact, I ended up pulling haley off the field (I was athlete control). I've watched the teens over the years and knew of Haley and knew this could be a brutal one for a lot of people. So as soon as I got out there she crossed the line so I kept an eye on her and eventually saw she wasn't recovering and grabbed her arm, her bag and flagged a medic. She's a TRUE champ for recovering and finishing the weekend 6th in the world. Can't wait to see what she can do in the future.

I was honestly shocked that they didn't setup any shade for these athletes to be under when they weren't competing in the stadium. Seemed like a no-brainer to have out there. They may have worried that it blocked views of the field though.
