I live in Siberia and I have a German Shepherd dog too, she barks exactly the same way when I start my motorcycle, it's funny, all German Shepherds are the same, no matter what country 😂

First time watching your channel; my 2002 Honda VFR indicator switch is playing up so this vid was useful. However I noticed that you very rarely answered viewers comments/questions (some I was especially interested in!) - it would really help if you answered them! …..PLEASE 🇬🇧

Very helpful video. My bulbs is 18 watts i change to led bulbs 30 watts. This is the reason my battery died? Is a problem for battery if the front light is more watt led and no halogen? I dont have multimeter to do this check's. Thanks in advance.

I wish I could fly you out to where I live and figure out how to get my bike running… or even talk to you online to figure it out, I just bought my first bike and it’s a lemon with a intermittent spark, and I have even gotten to ride it lol
2024 they have spark testers you can hook up and view the quality of the spark in real time. I've seen coils that work until the motor heats up then quit. It's pretty easy to determine if a coil is good or not

Thank you. Do you think that the carbs can make the bike only to run 3 and 4 cylinder? I already follow you. Thanks again. I am about to remove the carbs from a cb900c 1982. It has compression and spark. Just is not firing 1 and 2. So I think something going on with the carbs

I have a 97 honda rebel cmx 250c motorcycle and I have new clutch cable and everything except the basket that has gears on the back but I can't find a original one anywhere and the wire nut for clutch is junk I've tried to find one like you have just a 1/2 inch longer. But I am also having issues were to put clutch cable so when I adjust it. But I thought I had it but it is trying to take off with clutch ingaged . I pray that you can give me the answer's and I can finally ride it ughh

I use a Gunson Colortune that I bought about 30 years ago. I adjust the mixture so that it burns with a yellow flame and then adjust the screw until it just turns blue. Never fails.

Before cleaning, screw all screws all the way in, but count exactly how many rotations it takes, write it down. When finished you will know how to bottom them out and put it right back to where it was.

Thanks for your helpful video, especially how you take your time to explain the simplicity and basics! I'm suspicious of my Harley ON/OFF switch as being faulty. While riding my bike home doing around 55mph, it would suddenly backfire loudly and the motor would quit running. (shut off) After this happened several random times, I noticed that if I quickly toggled the OFF/ON switch (click/click), my bike was magically running again. This happened 8-9 times on the way home. (a 30 minute drive, 35 miles) NOTE: 1995 Harley Bad Boy Springer

Now I have something to show people when they attempt to debate me on clutchless shifting....!!! Is the only way to replace these parts: is to split the engine case? I'm about 99.5% sure the idiot who owned the bike before me did this.....and did this in the first 5k miles of owning the bike. The bike won't go in to neutral when the bike is hot. The only was to go into neutral is to bring the rpm's up to about 2500, then it goes in pretty easy from both 1st to neutral and 2nd to neutral. When the bike is cool it goes into neutral pretty much normal. Yes....I've played with every clutch cable adjustment there is.....Haven't tried replacing clutch cable, but I'm pretty sure it is not the problem.

I have a Ktm Duke 2 (2002). when I fire up the engine it does not go to idle it dies right away if I do not keep revving. The carburetor is a mikuni bst 40, which got completely overhauled. I just don’t get it to idle. Any tips or ideas?

Funny, my CB1100 owner's manual recommends changing out the spark plugs at like 8,000 miles. That seemed odd to me. So I looked up that exact NGK plug on NGK's official website. They state that the plug is good for 25,000 miles. So yeah.

Real good. Really liked the demonstration of what it might do and sound like when the mixture is NOT set correctly,. Very instructive and useful. My 1993 BMW R100R, has two Bing CV carbs. Heading to the garage to see where the screws are (before or after) and see if I can get it to idle. Thanks, take care.

I never even heard of a vacuum fuel petcock until mine quit working. It's a bad design, i am going to replace it with a normal on-off-reserve valve. Whats the point of vacuum fuel valve anyway? Just so you don't forget to turn off the gas?
