I know I’m so late to this video but does somebody know any foundation/concealer/skin tint that fits olive tones? I’m on the lighter side and warm undertone (not me in the profile picture lol) Btw I love your content ❤

In the US masculine energy for female faces is extremely popular right now. Girls are doing jaw surgeries and Fox eye surgeries to achieve this look ( Zoe Cravitz, Madison Beer, Leah Halton and etc.)

Happy if she is happy with it all but I liked her previous look and vocal style before. Seems like someone just ran her through a Pop filter and made her more like all the rest.

This was excellent. I was introduced to Kibbe by my mother, and after reflection and study, believe I am also a Flamboyant Natural. Based on impressions, here i would have pegged myself as a Dramatic, but also with some natural elements. I am nearly 1m80 with broad shoulders and fairly medium hips, no definition in my figure (not much of a waist, thick, straight arms and legs with large wrists and ankles... yet long, slender fingers). So i think i definitely come off as striking and powerful, and my face is long and my features quite steong. I used to be high contrast as well, but I am losing my contrast as my hair is nearly white in front and even my dark eyes are looking lighter. I feel very washed out and being a very different me (what feels like) all of a sudden has left me flummoxed as to my understanding of my physical self (which was never a strong point to begin with!).

The video is very interesting, thx, but the sound effects are too loud, I feel like they overpower your voice

I love your videos, but I have a really hard time figuring myself out. I definitely have a mixture of masculine and feminine features, I am 100% mature, and my contrast level is in flux due to greying hair. I seem to have multiple personalities. All i really know for sure is that the all dark outfits that were great when my hair was still dark are terrible now. And I definitely need long clothes and long, uninterrupted lines. As for the reat, I'm lost!

How do you get your eyebrows to grow so you can shape them properly?

I think colour analysis has gotten too complicated. Has a lot of subjectivity when consultants don't agree. Perhaps would be more useful if gets more to the basics of the Munsell colour space it was derived from. Eg understanding chroma & value, which is more useful to me working with colour as an artist. At the end of the day, they are just a set of colour palettes. People don't fit neatly into boxes.

Strangely enough I liked the shorts 😅 with the specific top, made your legs look long and the colour is cute...

I wish I could pull off a pixie cut. I have a short neck, a round face, no prominent features, and a really high forehead. My jaw is a bit square, so I would look severe and masculine with a pixie.
@BlessYourHeart2542 күн бұрын
Mine are hooded, close set, and deep set, and now that I’m older, they look more sunken. I don’t draw attention to them esp as I have allergies. I love the Asian standards of beauty, but alas, I’m white AF 😂
@BlessYourHeart2542 күн бұрын
I’m 60 with a very round face, so I don’t have the long face appearance. I do have marionette lines around my mouth though. However, short hair doesn’t look good on me because my jaw is a bit square. Short hair would mean me trying to get volume on top while fighting the Deep South USA humidity. No thanks, I will keep my medium length, low-maintenance hair. These celebrities are also genetically more gifted than I am and have either a narrow jawline, bigger eyes (mine are deep set and close set) or bone structure to carry off a pixie. I do not.

Hey! I have a little question, what makes your eyes appear bigger, the eyebrows close to the eyes or far from the eyes? Thank you!

Incredible... this is exactly me as well. I'm a deep winter but the harsher colors were too strong on me. Bright whites looked bad on me, I need the softer off whites. I have almost the same coloring and issues as Rooney Mara... I need enough contrast in hair and clothing, but too much is too strong. I was so thrilled to see your very subtle and thoughtful analysis. The restrained energy of winter sums it up very well. Thank you, Jenn, you are so insightful. You dont' know how helpful this has been.

I don’t think you should keep the more casual, slimmer leg trousers. They’re OK, but the low rise really shortens your lower half.
@eliannameyerson56082 күн бұрын
I think that you should take a careful look at the 2nd trousers. I thought that they bunched a little weirdly when you moved, so not sure if they're the best of fits (I felt like it looked like there was too much fabric in the crotch). I really liked the shiny shirt with the graduation dress more than I thought I would when you described it. It reminded me very much of my teenage years (90s), so it might be that I'm reacting to the nostalgia, but I quite liked it.

You look amazing in flowy, delicate, feminene pieces. It fits perfectly the way you speak, you move, your delicacy and your petite frame. It is kind of bad that you like masculine looks. It is a missed opportunity to my eyes

I like the black trousers and the gray ones too. If you need a LBD I would keep the black one and hem it but if you have one you prefer I would let it go. I'm not a fan of the sparkly top or the burgundy one (love the color, just not the off the shoulder part). When I moved out I cleared out absolutely everything so I would not be able to do this exercise, but I also definitely couldn't fit into my HS clothes, let alone middle school! Maybe a few from college but things have shifted a lot, even if the sizes are the same.

@grafxgrl80304 күн бұрын
I appreciate your efforts. I would encourage you to use the three words to define your style and not try and imitate what somebody has decided is trendy. It makes no difference what “they” say. What matters is what you like.

Such an interesting situation! I really like the graduation dress which could easily be hemmed. I laughed at the “church lady dress” comment because we have a very stylish vicar, and the trainee vicar has spiky blonde hair and tattoos. Both are female. They definitely don’t fit the stereotype, but I knew exactly what you meant.

@mirandameyer2374 күн бұрын
You could alter the dress's hem length, or you could also just decide that it's okay to keep a piece for nostalgia value. Your uncle made it special for you, and I don't think there's anything wrong with having one or two things that are there for the love and the memories instead of trying to talk yourself into wearing it so it'll be ~functional and then turning it into an object of guilt. I get why people want to be ruthless about editing and decluttering, but an exception now and then isn't going to be the end of the world or your storage space. It's interesting, I thought the orange shorts looked really good on you in an objective, impersonal way, but it was also so evident that they're not your personality. It was a little like seeing an alternate universe version of you.
@stylerefinement4 күн бұрын

The black trousers look great on you! The 2nd pair seem like they'd be great to dress up casual looks. I'd give them a try with your wardrobe at home. The black dress that you wore int middle school (!!!) is fantastic. Easy enough to shorten it to the length you prefer now.
@tracie68374 күн бұрын

imo low rise pant doesn’t fit well in the crotch area and are a no. Keep that black dress very versatile you can easily change the length I would say keep the cropped black top but I like it better with your jeans versus with the dress.
@Emily_onFashion4 күн бұрын
What a fun video! The black slacks are excellent! And I think the black dress with the mesh top underneath is sooo cute! Also when I first saw the dress on you I definitely also pictured it with a leather jacket. Also I don’t know if you own comfortable heels (I know comfortable is one of your style words) but that dress would look gorgeous with heels because your ankles already look amazing in it. Heels would amp up the effect! 🩵🩵🩵
