Nope, no fasting anymore for me. When cutting weight I just focus on being in a calorie deficit and being a bit more mindful of the types of foods I'm eating. More veggies and protein which help alot with keeping my metabolism up, keeping me full and satisfied from fiber + protein, and the protein also helps with building muscle.

Unless you were in a 35,000 calorie deficit, I would say that it was all water weight. This feels a little disingenuous, as 10lbs of natural body weight drop (in anything meaningful, like body fat), and without entering a catabolic state, within any of timeframes you mention, is impossible.

yes, agree. Mostly water weight. Still fun to see the scale drop pretty quickly without having to fast. Just an experiment I wanted to try.

@FAST-FatLossSecrets I agree it's fun, but ultimately really disappointing for a person who genuinely wants to lose weight to see it all pile back on, the moment they return to any kind of normal eating. Good work on the video, though. Keep going.

@@piercey80I’ve been doing this, staying in a caloric deficit the weight stays off & keeps dropping if you follow/track your Macros!! i’m currently down 21 lbs. today from May 10th eating high protein/low carb in a caloric deficit!! safe for me because i still need to lose about 50lbs. i did lose 74lbs eating omad/keto & doing R48’s & 72’s..When i stall i add a starchy carb potato or serving of rice & increase my Protein add im back on track!!

A lot of it is most likely water weight. I wouldn’t say it’s 10 lbs of pure bodyfat. It’s just scale numbers but it’s still fun to see it drop fast

I actually followed this protocol and had lost more weight than I ever did before. If you stay disciplined, it really does melt you like a stick of butter and you look great after.

I was just thinking about you and then I came on here and you posted a new video. I did your 48 hour rolling fast before and I’ve never lost so much weight in my life. My skin was glowing and I felt so good. Trying to get back into it.

I still coach people through fasting if they’re interested in that but it’s not required to get to and maintain your goal weight. I haven’t done any long fasts in a few years now, only intermittent fasting like a 16:8. I eat everyday now.

Some days I did 24 hour dry fasts but I had to work up to that. I started with 8 hours of dry fasting and worked up to a full day of dry fasting

Yes, it's super hard to sleep when fasting. I usually try to take some magnesium and melatonin, but they only help a little bit. Or try a tiny bit of food 1 hour before going to bed. That usually works for me too

Keep yourself busy. Go for a walk, keep your body moving, stay away from the kitchen, allow yourself to have some zero calorie drinks, black tea, or black coffee helps

Hello, for maintaining, I've realized omad with snake juice and caffeine throughout the day works damn good. However, i drink 2 cups of snake juice when i have 100mg caffeine pill. If ever, i have to have carbs durimg the day, i wait an hour for the blood sugar to crash and i have a glass of snake juice. Also, Cravings? Chug a glass of Snake juice. Anxious/stress? Chug a glass of Snake juice

oh yes. No sex drive when dieting hard. Although I've found if I do a high-fat diet like keto is comes back! Eating healthy fats is great for balancing hormones.

For snake juice I used the recipe Cole does on his videos. I forget the exact measurements. Dry fasting is when you eat no food, and drink no water. It's very dangerous and I don't recommend it unless it's something you're interesting in trying, but you can definitely still drop weight fast without having to dry fast.

Yeah, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I must have tested every single weight loss system that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to lose and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Okibetonic Secrets because my buddy who told me awesome things about it and so far to date I have successfully lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks!
