Unless you were in a 35,000 calorie deficit, I would say that it was all water weight. This feels a little disingenuous, as 10lbs of natural body weight drop (in anything meaningful, like body fat), and without entering a catabolic state, within any of timeframes you mention, is impossible.

yes, agree. Mostly water weight. Still fun to see the scale drop pretty quickly without having to fast. Just an experiment I wanted to try.

@FAST-FatLossSecrets I agree it's fun, but ultimately really disappointing for a person who genuinely wants to lose weight to see it all pile back on, the moment they return to any kind of normal eating. Good work on the video, though. Keep going.

Yes, that’s why I stressed very much to make sure you go back to maintenance calories right after an extreme cut. Discipline 💪🏼 Thanks for pointing those things out 😉

@@piercey80I’ve been doing this, staying in a caloric deficit the weight stays off & keeps dropping if you follow/track your Macros!! i’m currently down 21 lbs. today from May 10th eating high protein/low carb in a caloric deficit!! safe for me because i still need to lose about 50lbs. i did lose 74lbs eating omad/keto & doing R48’s & 72’s..When i stall i add a starchy carb potato or serving of rice & increase my Protein add im back on track!!

@jrseygrl You're doing really well. Congratulations. If you're not already, try and keep some resistance training in - it'll improve your metabolic gains considerably, over time
