As a 19 year old who’s saving up for a motorcycle inspired by that one person on KZbin who made Smells Like Teen Spirit on garage band and has the interest in Japanese bands such as SiM and Maximum the Hormone, this is scarily accurate

1st vom song i started playing was Mikasa… and oh boy did i not realise what I was getting into until it was too late and I was already addicted to it. But where did you get the tabs for it? I saw u played that melody with HOs and pull offs like i see Marc Okubo do it live, but I can’t find any cover/tabs that plays it correctly… would be much appreciated if you could send me a tab link!

I still don't like any of these because the problem with modern metal is that it conforms to modern musical trends too much and sounds to poppy. It's also too clean a lot of older metal benefited from being imperfected as it made it sound more authentic and fun but modern technology has resulted in everything sounding too perfect, polished, and overproduced. I'm not saying that metal bands shouldn't innovate and that they should stick to the old formula. Absolutely not, most great bands are great because they experiment with their sound, in novate, and break the boundaries. But come on no one wants to listen to overproduced metalcore phonk slop. A lot of modern metal also doesn't give you much of a reason to listen to it as why would you listen to a new boring metalcore album that's unoriginal and bland when you could listen to a masterpiece from the 80s or 90s. Sorry if I made it sound like I hate metalcore because I don't some of my favorite albums are metalcore albums and before you call me a boomer Im a minor.🤘
