I just took off one of my slipstream covers. I will have to look in the sunshine to see which I like better. It would need a center cap. Did you look at the back of your slipstream. It looks "possible" to remove the center Fisker cap. Not sure if it will be able to remove without damage and I would not want to damage it in case I ever want to put the cap back on the slipstream cover and put it back on the rim. In the meantime I will be trying to 3D Print a center cap.

Patrick, I just bought my Ocean Oct 30th, from Newport Fisker, with 2.2 installed, and I have to say, although its only one week, the car has performed flawlessly. For what it has. No Adaptive Cruise Control, but my phone app connects 100% of the time. I use it to quick unlock/lock the car 2-3 times a day. The key fob works every time. Cali Mode works flawlessly from key fob and app. Bluetooth has been perfect. Since Fisker does not support Sirius satellite, I switched my account to app only, saving $6/month over car mode, it connects as soon as the car starts. Works even better than Spotify and Tune-In apps installed in car. Yes, TomTom still weak. Does not show details on map, just basic streets. Does not recognize store names, but at least recognizes addresses. I rate this car as second best car ever behind my 2010 BMW GT550, better than my 2019 BMW 640 GT, better than my 2019 Polestar 2

@@gentlemensworld Hi Patrick, it has been a real dream. The power, the range, the comfort, and best of all, the price. On a nice flat road and moderate 70mph speed, I'm getting as much as 320 mile range. In January I plan to do a full test of driving from Palm Springs to Las Vegas along Hwy 15, which is listed at 271 miles. We just did Palm Springs to Sacramento to San Francisco. Car was flawless. Power when I needed it, plenty of room with friends in the back, and comfortable for 9 hours of driving. I love the car, glitches and all. Like kids screaming all the time, I just tune them out. Rear reding light constantly coming on: painters tape to cover gives a nice glow. Air ducts making the actuator clicking sound, open the car via app prior to boarding and I only hear one or two clicks. Looking forward to 3D printed manual vents. Everything else has been flawless and everyone just gushes over the car. I'm so happy with it. I would love it if I could update TomTom map and get traffic updates and auto re-routes, and ACC, so let's see what 2025 brings. Otherwise, grinning from ear to ear. Wow what a cool idea with the webside, thats pretty cool! With the range is also pretty good the fisker is definitly build for warmer region here where we have significant cool waether here it makes a massiv difference. I was also thinking about cover the lights ^^ There are couple of stuff you need to give it a hand but yeah you right there are also good sides with it. So cool that you love it so much ;-)

I agree to pay $70 for the update no more than that because until now I can't change the time on my car heheheeee... can you believe that ! and the update is not going to add anything more than fixing some issues, fisker software engineering they are rubbish, I feel that there is a conspiracy to take this company down, I feel sorry for the fisker family.

There’s a development version of 3.0 but it’s extremely unstable and once developed and tested fully it will need to be homologated in Europe, Canada and US (which is quite expensive) before it can be put in cars legally. So it’s going to be a while.

Patrick, My experience with my Fisker Ocean ONE had been good until Sept 10th. That was the last day that the car drove and has since been labeled an expensive brick. It is at an authorized Fisker Service Center that is over 125Km from my home. After paying so much for the vehicle, I really do not like the idea of needing to pay more. If adaptive cruise control and torque-vectoring were enabled, it would increase my interest.

Hi Mark, first of all sorry to hear your car is bricked at the moment, I can understand you pain with the service issues my one was also couple of times for weeks away at least still when Fisker was operating but it´s not good when things are totally damaged. I´m also sharing what you say normally I don´t like to pay any single Dollar or Cent ot top of it anyhow if the cost would be very low and the issues more or less solved then I would be spend something as mentioned really as you say it depends also on what you would get - I think at this stage right now it´s anyhow just dreaming most of the cars not even have 2.2...so...

Sounds like the airvents broken but could have multiple reasons the problem is you would need to go to a dealer to fix it but there are non is it the vent for the AC or for the review mirrow?

Hi guys, as an IT guy I don't believe the server can't be migrated, or said in more precise way I believe it could be migrated. The other thing could be encryption and nobody with information/procedure to decrypt or migrate with enc still in place. Anyhow as I've mentioned it twice on FB/messenger forums the Fisher can NOT be one specific solution dependent (in this instance, the car itself should self operational without dependency on some cloud. Reg. the data storage&access = moving data to accessible data resources and let it be easily downloadable even to the usb utilizing fast and already available optics infrastructure for example should be standard & way to go)

I think it's premature to point fingers at the Fisker family, they are no real proof of they had the intent to go bankrupt and roll over the customers, Fisker Inc has lost the legal properties to the severs, and yes Fisker Inc is desperate for any cash -they are bankrupt, can't pay movers, or professional "cleaning up" companies to empty their location on 1888 Rosecrans Avenue in Manhattan Beach, California, the Fisker family is very likely on personnel level very effected of bankruptcy, and total lost the control of Fisker Inc. It's the note holder that last year rolled them then Fisker Inc. couldn't pay the installments/mortgage and what send them in the spiral where we are today!. The Note holder saw the opportunity to earn more money a bankruptcy, Henrik Fisker got his hand tighten and just slowly lost control and properly had to give procession of the Servers in security to the Note holder, -I do not know right now when in the timeline it happened?, but they, the Fisker family, are not acting special strange right now, this how most do in their first bankruptcy!, yes it's Henrik's first bankruptcy, he never own Fisker Automotive, is owned with 4 other partners and Henrik had given in his part before Fisker Automotive, file their bankruptcy. Do to the legal matters, Henrik can't really say anything that would not be used against him in the courtroom. Two talking point I note most do not touch is where were the Fisker Inc. board members?, Henrik had meetings with them gave reports, they are all professionals that advised him and Geeta, did they advise Henrik and Geeta to move on quickly and get a "payday loan"?, and make a prestation of the models coming?, then Fisker Inc's financial dept. could handle money transfers why did board members not help, advise them, use their network to the get people in and would have clear up the mess, we what we know from now is it all sailed away. Because the SEC investigates/looks into possible violations, it does not mean that those responsible are in the Fisker family, that is very normal. I just want to point out that there were many parts in this unhappy saga, yes maybe Henrik did something that needs to be punished?, I don't know, but the board members have a lot on their shoulders, they are now very rarely punished!, let's see what will come to light in the next month and years to come.

De sagde i denne video, at det kun var amerikanere der kunne opdatere bilen? Måske det var en idé, at du tog en kontakt til Jesper og I to lavede en video sammen. I feel exactly the same and would pay for the options that I would now want as I've lost all faith in Fisker as I paid £64k with options on FOO in advance for a car which is not worth scrap value , No comments from Fisker Family and they should all receive a jail sentence for defrauding buyers knowing he was going bust and not informing us from the outset and promising extras for FOO as we all paid top price , I was excited about purchasing this car and receiving it last November now i cant sell it unless it goes for ridiculous money which I won't prepare to do as the Fisker is a good car deep down

I am currently at version 2.0 and each software upgrade has introduced integration issues that should have been identified in testing. I would not buy any upgrade. I know the problems with my car, and I am exhausted of being the tester for Fisker's software group. I would prefer Fisker put effort into fixing the existing issues. I do not trust the Fisker's software.

Good Morning, you speak out of my heart I always thougtht they use my car as a testing car, remeber at the beginning they needed to pick the car up bring it back after 1 week when I got it to update the car, I recognised also suction cup marks at the window after I got it so they used it somehow there for testing or what ever...And yes all updates had also an issue I would say this needs to be eliminated bevor recieving another one. @@gentlemensworld ja dafür dass er letztes Jahr quasi 4 Wochen in der Werkstatt war da sich die Batterie im Urlaub entladen hatte bin ich schon viel mit ihm herumgekommen in Europa. Toi toi bisher laueft alles soweit mit den üblichen Themen einwandfrei. Fahre ihn wohl bis zum Ende wann auch immer das sein wird…..

Wow das ist echt beindruckend das mit der Werkstatt kommt mir leider auch sehr bekannt vor. Wir werden auch das Auto so lange fahren wie es geht, ist dir auch aufgefallen das der verbrauch besser geworden ist? Bin gespannt wie es sich dann im Winter verhält da war es letztes Jahr leider katastrophal.

Ja, im Winter war der Verbrauch gefühlt katastrophal. Ich habe auch jetzt festgestellt, dass die Anzeige nicht ganz korrekt ist. Zwischen 40-60 % ist der Verbrauch nicht Lineal zum Fahrverhalten. Auch kann es passieren nach dem Schnell laden, dass die SOC Anzeige noch mal um ein 2 % nach oben geht nach dem Laden, ich hoffe mal, dass die Jungs, die die Software entwickelt haben, noch in irgendeiner Form motiviert werden zu mindestens den nächsten Release Stand abzuliefern. Dann sollte das Auto quasi vollständig sein auch von den Basic Features, die ich mir erhofft hatte.

Gibt leider viel was bei dem Auto nicht ganz so gut läuft, z.b. bluethoot macht mich regelmäßg Wahnsinig, finds halt immernoch schade das man geblendet wurde aber hoffe jetzt tatsächlich das der vor allem der Verbrauch dann besser ist im Winter gerade hat meiner auch wieder Battery drain was er eine Zeitlang nicht mehr hatte, schätze aber das liegt mit den Updates zusammen. Hoffe auch das mehr kommt aber nach 2.2 ist Fisker erst mal raus so lange kein Wunder passiert dann müsste man tatsächlich auf American lease und FOA hoffen das die was auf die Beine stellen.

Can understand they bust the liqudate there asset but still the oparate under chapter 11 for "reaplacing the water pumps and the publish software 2.2" so still there is soemthing also they developed the software previously it just not tested or homogilated. hope this helps?

I think 3.0 was in the works before the bankruptcy and i hope it went through the testing process and it's ready to go. Sadly, it needs to add 2.2 and a few other things. IMO, all the users should form a place where they can put all of the things that needs to be added to the next version of the software to get the car where it should be. I am still waiting to buy an extreme with very low mileage for under 20k.

That would be really interessting I think couple of stuff is already programmed as we have seen and the homoligation cost that much but you spot on what would the other stuff cost! Hallo Patrick, Mein One hat jetzt 21T KM auf dem Tacho. Software 2.1. bisher läuft alles ohne größere Probleme. Natürlich würde ich für weitere Updates zahlen. Navi, ACC, also alles was den Ist Zustand verbessert und versprochen wurde. Ich hoffe die FOA bringt uns diesbezüglich weiter.

Guten Morgen Oliver, 21T KM ist auch eine ansage nicht schlecht, wie lange hast Du deinen schon? Soviel Km habe ich nicht auf meinem kann ich nicht ganz mit halten. 2.1 hat tatsächlich einiges gebracht leider keine weiteren Funktionen aber zumindest ist der Verbrauch usw. wesentlich besser. Hoffe auch das FOA das weiter entwickeln bzw voran treiben kann. Vielen vielen Dank für Deinen Kommentar und ich wünsche Dir einen schönen Feiertag.

Hallo Oliver, auch mein Fisker Extreme hat bereits 36000km runter. Seit 2.1 Software drauf ist sind die Meldungen weniger geworden. Keine Probleme bisher. Auch ich wünsche mir, das es weitere Software Updates auch gegen Bezahlung geben würde. Andere Hersteller machen dies auch wenn das Fahrzeug älter ist (mehr als 2 Jahre). Ich habe damit kein Problem mit

@KlausReisse Kommt halt immer auf den Preis drauf an, also ein Teil würde ich bezahlen aber keine großen Kosten also 500+ Euro wäre mir schon zu viel da ich alles urspürnglich mal gekauft hatte für den vollen Preis, hätte ich z.b. jetzt das Auto für 35k gekauft anstatt den 75k und mir wären die Probleme bewusst gewesen dann würde das sicherlich die Meinung auch beeinflussen und das Positiv aber über updates würde ich mich schon freuen. Kommt halt echt drauf an ob sich jetzt ein Kollektive findet und dann die Kosten drückt wenn wir bezahlen müssen - vielen Dank für Dein Kommentar und schönes Wochenende.

Hi, schöne News. Oliver von Kanal 163° hat schon vor 3 Monaten in seinem Video kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqjSl4t_apx4ftk gesagt, dass die 3.0 Version fertig programmiert wäre und auch schon bezahlt wurde (Zeitstempel 22:10). 4.0 wäre noch nicht bezahlt. Aber was soll man glauben, wenn von offizieller Seite nichts kommt und die wenigen Eigentümer so im Dunkeln stehen zu lassen. Bezahlen für Software. Würde ich schon machen. 50 Euro sind auch OK. Aber nur für ein Major Update. Allerdings müssten da alle mitmachen. Und das werden sie nicht. Somit wird das Update teurer und steht trotzdem den Nichtzahlern zur Verfügung. Weiters wird auch die FOA nicht kostenlos weiterarbeiten und hier vielleicht auch mal eine Jahresgebühr fällig werden. Die Bereitschaft einen gewissen Betrag für das Auto zu zahlen, wird auch weniger werden, je älter der Wagen wird. Die schönste und beste Variante wäre immer noch, dass sich eine Firma findet, das Ganze zu übernehmen, aber dafür fehlt mir der wirtschaftliche Weitblick, ob dies für eine Firma sinnvoll wäre. Wenn ja, wäre doch schon lange so ein Deal zustande gekommen.

Also mein Auto fährt relativ Problemlos mit Software 2.1. Was mich aber irre macht, ist das fehlende ACC… Und jetzt kommt noch der Winter und es gibt keine App und keine Möglichkeit beim Kaffee trinken das Auto ein wenig vorzuheizen. Einfach nur traurig…. Die fehlenden Verkehrsdaten habe ich bereits am vergangenen Freitag feststellen müssen, da bin ich mit Pferdehänger von Limburg a.d.Lahn bis in die die tiefste Schweiz und wieder zurück gefahren und in diversen staus gelandet die das Navi alle nicht angezeigt hatte. Genau gesagt hat er dauerhaft 0 Minuten verzögerung angezeigt…. Da ahnte ich dann böses… Ja irgendwie ist es wie ein Auto aus den 90ern was die Technik angeht…. Mein Ford Explorer von 1995 hatte auch einen Tempomat wie der Fisker den aktuell hat….Navi ist jetzt auch offline, ich bin gespannt wann auch die mobilen Daten für youtube etc. geschichte sind…. Was mach ich mit dem Auto…. Na ja, ist über meine eigene Firma gekauft worden. Werde es abschreiben und fertig abbezahlen, dann kommt was neues. Solange halte ich es und nutze es evtl. Als Notfall stromspeicher für den Fall eines Blackouts. Dann kann ich zumindest mein Aquarium weiter mit Strom versorgen. (Ziegelstein auf die Bremse und ein 20 kg sack auf den Fahrersitz, dann sollte die STeckdose im Kofferraumn aktiv bleiben. :-) und 3 KW output reichen alle mal. Und ist leiser als ein Generator. 😂 (aber deutlich teurer als ein Generator….) Ach so, falls es wen interessiert, Fisker Ocean mit Pferdeanhänger (doppelachser) und einem Mini-Pferd drin, Autobahn 100 km/H habe ich 250 km geschafft von 100% auf 15%. Laden tue ich aktuell nur noch am Supercharger oder zu Hause.

Erst mal vielen Dank für Deinen Kommentar, Du sprichst mir aus dem Herzen, ja er fährt genau wie Du sagst wie ein Auto aus den 90igern wenn man mal die Zusatzfunktionen anschaut...Find alle Funktionen die nicht da sind einfach nur schrecklich, ich mein wir haben dafür bezahlt und bekommen haben wir halt leider nur ein schönes Design und das wars. Bin auch gespannt wann die nächsten Funtionen weg sind, kann ja nur noch Tage dauern...schon traurig alles. Werde das Auto auch so lange halten bis es entweder zu Teuer wird weil man irgendwas braucht damit es Überhaupt läuft oder eben wie Du sagst dann halt engütlig zweit Auto wird und dann halt nur ab und zu mal gefahren wird. 250 km mit Anhänger auch mal interessant danke Dir ;-)

@@gentlemensworldI called a Fisker certified mechanic near that was on the FOA list. I live in the US. I asked how much would it cost to get the 2.2 software update. He said it would take them 1.7 hours for this update and their hourly shop rate is $220/hr. Quick math on the 1.7 hours and the cost will/should be $375. Hourly rates at auto shops are not cheap. While I would love to see software updates cheaper the reality is we an expect a several hundred dollar bill for any future software updates. Crossing my finger I can get the last “free” software update for my car (2.2) before Fisker is bye bye.

Wow 220 Dollar per hour is pretty much because they don´t need to do more then plug in the fast tool and let the program run and also look if the battery is fine...I hope you get the 2.2 for free I missed out point that it may be needs to get installed manuel was thinking about OTA. Ich habe mir vor 4 Tagen einen Fisker Ocean One gekauft:) 1700 Km gefahren, alles super gelaufen. Navigation lasse ich laufen, stelle aber zustätzlich noch Googlemaps auf dem Handy ein für die Verkehrsdaten. Fand ich jetzt nicht mega störend..

Ja Optik ist einfach großartig schon schlimm das man das Unternehmen so gegen die Wand gefahren hat, wirst sehen Du wirst so oft Angesprochen das hatte ich noch nie bei einem Auto und das war schon vorher der ein oder andere Exot dabei^^ -)

I never thought it was possible to both love and hate a thing as much as I do my car. So much fun to drive, get compliments on it more than I ever did my Model X, but everytime I turn around it’s doing some stupid shit like not connecting my Bluetooth or leaving the reading light on in the back. Grrrrrrr.

Ich würde auch 100 für ein Update zahlen wenn es ein dementsprechenden Umfang hat. Wenn ich sehe, was 3.0 bis jetzt wohl kann ist aber 50 das Maximum. Wichtiger wäre mir aber AppleCarplay oder ein ordentliches Navi

Guten Abend, danke fpr Deinen Kommentar, ja ich denke auch 50 Euro wären es Wert auch wenn alles Weh tut nach der Pleite, das mit Carplay wäre natürlich super dann hätten wir gleich Navi etc. alles in einem. Bleibt alles sehr spannend.
