I don't believe a word Penn Smith says anymore. She works off commission from links so will try to sell everything. if you watch random videos, she never uses anything she promotes nowadays, just resorts to laser, surgery and botox.

Hi glory! 31 here and I hope I age as gracefully as you. This is one of the best reviews of il makiage I’ve ever seen. I am also in shade 35. Just ordered it to try. A couple of years ago I tried this foundation and for the life of me I could not get matched correctly. Now you can upload your photo so maybe it’ll be the right shade! Thank you for your video. I’m left hand dominant and thumb Dr said should get surgery as the shots every 3 months are no longer hiding the pain for the full 3 months. Nervous and scared. I know the right thumb may need done in another year or so too.

ALWAYS check with your medical team if you already have osteoporosis. High impact - and jumping is high impact - exercise may injure you. Work with a physical therapist who is familiar with your medical situation.

I had just finally gave in after multiple MRI's and consults with nuerosurgeons, too many steroid injections and gave my Doctor the go ahead to call surgeon office. I did not want to get a full lumbar fusion now after having a laminectomy at 23 years old and have been trying to get the pain down and mobilty up. That was yesterday. Today I ordered the two products. Thanks again😃

I have one friend who had a laminectomy last spring. She was told that having it removes the pain right away. So if you're still in pain after a laminectomy, does that mean there is something else going on with your spine? Has an MRI shown that your spine has any boney growths (which is what Dr Katchen's article addressed as well as her protocol)?

@@gloryb-tv Thanks so much for replying. I had a laminectomy at age 23, Im now 61. I have other problems like facet joints and protruding discs. I have stenosis caused by discs as well as bone growth so more than willing to try this as I have nothing to loose. ** Im hoping you can answer a question about Cell Salt #1 dosage? I cannot get Hylands brand easy in Canada locally or Amazon so I bought a brand from Amazon called "Jacksons Cell salt #1" It is HPUS. The only difference is its 100 per bottle Hyland as opposed to 500 for the Jacksons brand. Not sure if you are aware of the Hylands original tablets amount per bottle but it looks quite common sense as Hylands are definatly larger in the pictures and the Jackson brand I bought are very tiny. I understand we are both lay people so was more curious if the Old Hylands are the tiny tablets.....Thank you Mike lol Good lord, you explained the difference in your initial comments,.....My bad

I had written in the video's Description Box the following: "PLEASE NOTE: Hyland's changed their Calc. Fluor. 6X tablets so that 1 larger tablet is now EQUAL TO the older 4 smaller tablets! Dr. Katchen's protocol listed in her article says to take 4 tablets of the Calc. Fluor. 6X, but that was Hyland's old formula. Now you take 1 tablet of the Calc. Fluor. 6X." That said, I suggest calling Jackson's Naturals to discuss with them Dr. Katchen's protocol and how much Calc Fluor 6X she said to take in her article. Then ask the Jackson brand people how much of their product you should take in order to take the amount Dr. Katchen wrote about. I easily found their website. That's a good question. I do remember wearing my regular makeup to the doctor appointment when he did the YAG. So I must have worn makeup again the next day. When I went for that appt, I didn't know anything about the YAG laser. I made that appt because the eye that had the cataract fixed first was already blurry. He took one look at that eye through the scope and said, "Oh, yeah. That's blurry. Here's what we do to fix it, and we'll do it today."

@@gloryb-tv Thank you so much for your kind reply, I really appreciate that! I didn't know if it might cause an infection or not to wear eye makeup too soon. I had the cataract surgeries a few years ago, two weeks apart. So, it took a while to get the blurriness, now I think my other eye is going to need to be done, too. I was so happy that you told about your experience, it helped me a lot before I went for my left eye YAG surgery.

I am a guy that is 75 years old and dealing with bad thumb pain in both hands for over twenty years. I recently have seen a couple of doctors and I have been told that the new surgery type is called Speed Spiral where they use a cadaver for the material instead of removing a tendon. I have been struggling to convince myself to go ahead with surgery. I wonder if any of your viewers have had this new type of surgery

Another way is to lay on your back, hike your legs up as far as they can go, and swing them forward as hard as you can. It may not be as elegant as this lady but it will work.

My surgeon sends me to get the removable splint 7 days after basal joint thumb surgery. Mine wss done 2 days ago. 1st night i was still numb so not much pain. 2nd night not so great and I can't take narcotics. Just Tylenol and ibuprofen. Today is actually 3 day and it's tolerable.
