Very entertaining, and very amusing. First time through I was only watching you. And then I asked myself what is she saying? Then I realized that there were some writing for me to read. To me, you are so with it.😊

Hi 👋🏽 I had a phn conference with my pharmacist on my health team yesterday & my A1C is 11. I’m devastated, having kept it in 5-6.7 zone. But this explains a lot because as I’ve aged (64 on 11/19) I have lost a lot of muscle mass. But I’ve been incorporating a lot of ur food suggestions so I will look into building my muscles😊

I don't so much worry about fruit sugar, so long as you eat foods that lower blood sugar such as beans and whole grains lupins lentils split peas and nuts I eat only in a 5 hour time window 2 meals a day , it gives your liver time to rest, I'm not sure if you can cure metabolic syndrome or type 2 diabetes but intermittent fasting goes a long way, it Acts like some kind of reset, I also eat a teaspoon of honey a day now at the end of my meals , I eat black beans every day and nuts and berries, I've cut down on dairy products but I still eat NZ butter and cheese in small amounts. I stay away from beef now , professor Timothy Spector warns that half of the human population have trouble metabolising beef, and according to the professor beef consumption enlarged veins within the heart in the half of the population who ate beef. Definitely stay away from corned beef in the can, and sweet wines. I feel Soo much better now no brain fog, no dizzy spells, no numbness in my feet now, I feel healthy I've lost 26 kilograms, I feel that I've been given a new lease in life. I always drink hot cocoa with a teaspoon of Indonesian cinamon twice a day and drink green tea with peppermint twice a day with ginger and cloves and lemon, I also put two teaspoons of cayenne pepper in my food lunch and dinner, it helps with hypertension. A 100 years old professor who has given a lecture on TED says plant based diets are the best for life expectancy, and he said even if you have blood pressure and you exercise regularly every day you will outlive people with normal blood pressure who don't exercise at all

fyi, no food can lower your blood sugar. these probably help with insulin resistance and health, but it is physically impossible to lower your blood sugar BY eating something no matter how healthy it is. type one diabetic here. i literally wish this was how it worked 😭 no hate to you!

So.... I hurt my knee, went to the E.R. I went home, starting looking through my papers and noticed my blood levels were in the prediabetic range. I started watching your videos in February. I started eliminating all the nasty foods I was consuming and started to eat healthier.I did a lot of your videos suggestions and the pounds poured off me. I was 187 when I started I'm now 145! People now accuse me of taking a weight loss drug 🤷🏽‍♀️ Thanks for being my weight loss drug😂 💕
