1- Walking. Physical activities! 2- Eating foods in a particular order.. 1st is non- starchy carbohydrates, veggies followed by proteins, fats then lastly carbohydrates. 3-Drink water. Adequate hydration properly. ( my personal experience/recommendation) natural spring water with a pinch of “Celtic and or Baja Gold salt with every drink you take. Look up Barbara O’Neill.

How long thisfood eating order has been known to effect blood glucose? I mean I have heard of this only maybe within a year first time. How true/accurate it is, how many studies, any metastudies? Anyone?
