Certainly, till now there's no such movement. But if you're interested in prism I would recommend you to do on ground properties with preference to your budget.

They will always say that because they know that end user needs house and phase 7 is already quite expensive as compared to Prism. One agent also told me that there is panic sale like plots who were trading for 3Cr are now down to around 2Cr ➕️ price. The issue is Prism is just empty and like jungle. PHASE 6 in my opinion is around 50% to 60% occupied and Phase 7 is also almost empty just few blocks where prices are extra ordinary high you will see houses. My main concern is there are so many empty places and plots even in Phase 5, when the greed will end and the holders will lose their grip. If you're end user like me I would suggest Prism and do not pay more than 1.5 to 1.8Cr, you should negotiate hard and if the landlord style owner does not want to sell then let them see prices plummet more in the next 6 months to 1 year.
