It all comes running back. Will it be released on DVD ? Cant wait for the 2025 ROEF at Cobar in September & catchup with my mate John DeBruin & the rest of the fans that I met at the 2022 ROEF. You can still get to a heap of the filming locations in Sydney & surrounding Suburbs. Wollongong & Cobar. Even though they have changed you still recognise them. Closest to me are Virginia Terrace in Thirroul/ where Mike jumps the XY & Hill 60 in Port Kembla where Mike gets Xcommunicated.

I enjoyed both movies, and the included Duel Truck. I do prefer Christine over The Car simply because the Characters and story really help Christine kind of take on a personality of her own. You can't help but love her look and the amazing practical effects. Great video my friend.. you earned a sub and thumbs up from this guy. 👍

I still own the challenger’s sister car .A real V code 70 six barrel 440 CUDA ! In stock form the 440 was faster and quicker than the Hemi CUDA . The Hemi had a much higher capacity for horsepower due to modifications because of the superior hemispherical cylinder head design.

It has to be Christine. I only heard about "the car 3 days ago. So. Christine kills people in graphic ways, and based on what's happening, it'll warn you with clever song selections. 🎵keep on knockin' but you can't come in. Dude comon, that's awesome.

Yeah, it lost a lot of its value of being something "Special" in he Mad Max world as was the case in the first two films where it was a cut above the rest, for the most past till it met its end.

Hands down..The Car. The car was willing to kill ANYONE. And irs look!!! It's sound. You could NOT touch it or get near it AND it could FLY!!!! Christine was a beautiful car. It had a "sidekick" it protected with Arnie, who was allowed to drive it. Christine was built on an assembly line. The Car came out of nowhere and had NO driver.

Im just seeing your video now... I had never actually seen this model - I knew it was being produced, but had never seen one. Personally, I would give it lower scores - but I am biased. I built my own back in '03. I used an ERTL '67 GT500 & 2 427 Cobra's (both sets of rear wheels/tires & the motor). I really wish I had kept records of my labor... I do know that the wheel modifications (I cut the plastic centers out of the Cobra rims & used real aluminum) took me about 4 hrs. The car was disassembled, stripped of all paint & then the body mods (I had lots of pictures of the movie cars) got started using JBWeld "stick" (kind of an epoxy silly putty) in the size & shape I wanted. Followed by many, many hours of grinding/sanding with a dremel. The end result was spot on to say the least (I even made the "tube" grille with model railroading aluminum tubes). It got quite a bit of notoriety on the diecast boards at the time... one person in particular hounded me for months to sell it to him - which I eventually did. He flew to Chicago from California & paid me $800.00 in cash & took it home!! I do still have some of the GT500's as well as most of the detail parts to make myself another one... I just haven't had the kind of time it would take.

I have Wheels of Terror on DVD. I remember staying at my grandmother's house without much to do. They used to play that movie on TBS, probably 10× a day. They used to play the crap out of Kill dozer on TBS also. I have that on DVD, too. And Jeepers Creepers 1&2. I don't really care for the 3rd one that much.

It’s funny cause I’ve watched the movie „King of the mountain“ a few weeks ago. It popped up in my KZbin feed so I clicked on it and watched it. And you are 100 percent right, most of the action was shot in the dark so it never game me the feeling of „Wow“ 🤷🏻‍♂️ And by the way, all the other normal story sequences were… not that great to say it politely 🥴 Thx for another great episode, all the best from Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp

Simply put: Amazing episode Sir! 🙏 This film and its chase sequence is so iconic, I could watch this chase on repeat and it wouldn’t be boring. Like the movie „French Connection“, or „Taxi“ or „Ronin“ or many many other movies I was and still am fascinated by car sequences in movies (or TV shows) and I‘m always kind of „on the hunt“ to learn something new about them, so I‘m looking forward to watch other episodes of „Brake Downs“ 👍 All the best from Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp

Thx for this yet interesting and also very very sad and tragic video! Most of these sad evens I already knew but only because I am a kind of „stunt nerdy“ person 😉 Since my youth I had a huge interest in movies and especially on the „Behind the scenes“ aspect of movies. Dar Robinson was one of my stuntman hero’s, and I even had the plan to become a stuntman especially after watching „The Fall Guy“ TV series back then when it came out. But I wasn’t that sporty enough so I only became a camera operator and video editor 😂 After this video I immediately subscribed to your channel, let‘s watch a few other videos on your channel. All the best from Germany 🇩🇪, Philipp

personally, as a HUGE Christine fan, I would say that "The car" deserves the horror crown over Christine. The idea of this unknown car that came out of nowhere, no face, no name, no human character attached to it ( like arnie) and the fact it just murders whoever for no reason gives a very scary and monsterous feel. It is never seen repairing itself after incidents that should have completely destroy it which makes it look like its unstopable. The car just gives a more horror character vibe whereas christine deserves its place as a thriller
