The Sassanian Boulongerie’s mawa cake is horrible compare to this one. I remember once we were served not only stale but rotten cakes which we had to report to the lady sitting at the counter. Thank you so much Anahita for this recipe 🙏🙏🙏

I made this cake. I would suggest If you are using microwave oven, bake at 160 for 40 mins for it to cook properly.

This is one hell of a recipe! I tried it and its impossible to taste the lauki. Amazing recipe! I added my lil twist- a few cashews with the onion and garlic. Made it creamier. Thanks for the delicious recipe❤❤

Tried this soup. So simple and elegant and delicious. I did not add any cream. Inspite of that it was so creamy. Love this and this is a keeper. Already shared this with my sisters.
