I know this isn't a Typical Parsi Dish - But its quite popular in Iran! Which is where our ancestors came from... Do try it out, its absolutely delicious! and if you'd like to make it eggless, add a tbsp of ground flaxseeds! It'll be healthy and yummy!
Since most of you wanted the written recipe, putting it down here :
Ingredients:
For the fritters:
Dill 4-5 tbsp
Basil handful
Celery leaves (and stems) 50gm
Coriander 50gm
Mint 10gm
Spinach 30gm
Cumin 1tbsp
Breadcrumbs fresh 3-4tsp
Nuts - walnuts 10-15 pcs
Egg 1
Oil for frying sunflower
Chilled water
For Plum and tomato chutney :
Plums 3-4
Tomato 2
Green chilli 3-4
Mustard seeds 1tsp
Jaggery 1tbsp
Salt
Oil 1-2tbsp
Curry leaves 10-12 pcs
Chopped Garlic 1tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1tbsp
