My family ate at the Hofbrauhaus and were very disappointed. Everyone's food was terrible.

Thanks so much for documenting this hike. We did it 7/4/2024. That boulder staircase from Shanty Spring to Grandfather Trail was no joke. Third ladder was tricky as well.

I remember doing this and having to step or slightly jump over open air to get back onto the trail? Did you guys have to do that or am I imagining it? This trail was hard AF

Barbecue Center in Lexington, in my opinion, is better than Honeymonk's. Seems like their portions are a bit larger and the chopped isn't as fine and watery. Plus you can't beat their huge bannana splits.

Why wouldn’t you do that float in Florida?? Did your guide tell you the lagoon is loaded with Crocs? 😅 The two big fish were Jack Crevalle, harmless and fun to catch on a fly rod. That lagoon has some of the best bonefishing in the world. I’m in North Carolina as well. Stumbled upon your channel and saw the hiking videos. My daughter backpacked a good portion (3 nights) of Art Loeb while at summer camp last year, so we were watching to see if she remembered any specific spots on the trail. Enjoying your content. Glad y’all didn’t get shot in Tulum. It’s crazy down there. I remember when it was nothing 25 years ago.

Herseys BBQ in burlington NC is quite famous as well..they have catering that has served presidents nascar football and other celebrities and they were so popular they opened a wholesale store for there meats and 2 extra restaurants around the area...the original was in gibsonville nc and opened in the late 40s i think....ive lived all over the country and they are still in my top 5!!!!!!

Sorry Leopold's is so touristy. My friend who is form Savannah has never gone there. It is like Magnolias in NYC. She recommended going to the many other ice cream shops that are just as good and not waiting hours in line.
