People pay taxes to the government so that they can do what the majority want. The rich want the government to serve them,who are the minority,who dont want to pay taxes . A country that is run by capitalism is contrary to democracy. Capitalism needs to be regulated by the government , otherwise you have a fachist run country in which is never good for the majority of citizens.

I see the point of milton here about equal pay between men and women. This is the situation when quota is out of the question. But When there are both qoutas and equal payment laws, then the employer has no choice but to hire said minority regardless of their competence.
