My fav is their stay at the lodge in the Africa special, beddings that had been defecated on by previous tenants. "HAMMOND!!!" And Hammond is just standing there staring straight ahead like a guilty dog 🤣🤣 #2 Is the race to run out of fuel before they reach Pripyat/Chernobyl, Hammond having driven in zigzag to cover more distance per km, thus use more fuel, got stopped by Police as anyone driving like that would, and he was just sitting there in the car with foot on accelerator bouncing off rev limiter to use more fuel while the Ukrainian Police was questioning everyone else present. And again he was just sitting there in his car with the guilty dog look, staring straight ahead foot hard on the accelerator engine still bouncing on the rev limiter "whumbumbumbumbum" 😂

For those who didn't watch full episode. they were sarcastically show viewers how reliable jags are. after the engine blow out they changed Hammond's car to "prove" jags are reliable indeed😂😂😂. Hammond's car never had sunroof

This review for some reason just stuck with me forever. Maybe because of I like the SLs in general or because of the production of this particular film or JC's conclusion of this car was so funny, and the Genesis track, too, I just come back to this film once in a while.

Was very lucky to get a chance to drive one from the factory at AMG. At the time it was more powerful than any Lambo, Ferrari, and Porsche. What a special car. Best day of my life.

F10 is slightly “faster” and more “civilized”. Which is why I still have my Dinan stage 3 E60. Natural V10 soundtrack and uncivilized power train makes for more fun.

I didn't even know Top Gear reviewed the ND MX-5! The MX-5 truly is a masterpiece. I am more of a Toyota 86 man, but I respect the MX-5 A LOT. ❤

550 hp, but 700 torques. So basically they got 700 hp out of 8 liter, while still having a high enough top speed. American cars have different transmissions, which means their revv number is wrong, and it alters the hp number.
