Adults still having difficulty "adulting." There's no reason this man should have lost his life.

@SamMaigwa God isn't homophobic, Christians are. There are (Some) Christians who pervert the Christian faith to give them a sense of virtue for their hate.

Guilty AF! Prison justice should suffice.
@christophernewhouse58328 күн бұрын
I doubt this is about sexuality preference this is about some1 who probably harassed the wrong person in which caused a back & fourth for months until 1 person crashed out over the conflict.
@MiaoNya6 күн бұрын
The court proved that Radford (The Shooter) had been harassing Lay (The victim) the years, used homophobic slurs against him, and threatened to end his life the day prior to the shooting. I don't think it's a stretch to believe that hate contributed (In some part) to the motive.
@christophernewhouse58325 күн бұрын
@@MiaoNya I agree somewhat

Radford is guilty. You don't get to harass someone for months on end and then cry "self defense" when they rightly snap on you.

@glee21012 a young girl shot a woman neighbor who was fighting with her mom... and guess who's doing numbers behind bars...go on guess.

@@glee21012 I think my comment got deleted as usual but I was saying...a little girl shot a woman neighbor who was fighting with her mom with her mom and guess who's doing numbers??? I wholeheartedly think parents need to pay for the things their children get up to because if you love your parents then there's no way you'll risk seeing them caged and that should go for all races.

Why does it matter the victims sexuality? So what. You can hate ppl for any number of reasons. Murder is murder. No privileged victims

lol i think they need to examine motive. we're sorry that you find justice tiresome. the old wanker had a problem with certain types of people and that is going to cost him.
@TheeJosephSantos8 күн бұрын
The reason the witness was asked it because there's a risk of a hate-crime enhancement. Simply denying that he spoke those words with the intent to express intolerance would limit the risk. It's up to the jury though. Doubt they bought it cause this is common language.

I don’t believe a person has a right to kill someone because of words. Not saying it’s good. It hurts and can mess a mind up. However this isn’t a couple living together with verbal abuse. It seems like two men at a park. One used unkind words. You can not allow ppl to kill someone cuz of words. Or maybe I have it mixed up. The one that was bullied died or the one doing the bullying?
