One huge reason how anime beat out not just DIsney but Western TV animation as a whole is that there new anime being churned out constantly, while Western animation keeps tacking on new seasons or have rehashes of decades-old shows and IPs. Imagine if anime was nothing but Astro Boy remakes and new seasons. The same could be said about comics vs manga. Another reason is that there's a whole subculture behind it. Not just the big things like TV shows, movies, games, cosplay, fanart, and manga - but the littles things as well. Anime characters are the ones getting customized for fan content. How often do you see machinima and MMD vids of Western characters on YT? Streamers are making anime avatars. I can go on forever about the amount of memorabilia you place around your desk, shelves, and walls...

One thing you probably wouldn't know about being in the UK is "Adult Swim" and the impact it had on anime in America. In the early 2000s, at night Cartoon Network would show anime like Kenshin, Inuyasha, etc. It was still considered "nerdy" by mainstream culture, but the fact that you could be "channel surfing" on basic cable and stumble upon anime exposed a lot more people to it. I know that was the case for me.

No Organization owns these data... Pakistan opposed this ranking system says they have more than 90 countries accepting their passport and giving Visa Free... When raised objection and asked of reply both IATA and Henley says they don't have the real data and the ranking is mere perception.... UNO says won't own these data and won't rank any nation on all basis....

I am so glad Anime has kept Animation Alive! 2D animation & practical effects did wonders for creative storytelling. Nowadays so much is bland, Shallow live action versions filed with nonsense & hollowness because it wants to be "realistic" I miss the Era of creativity, of animated series, of things that made us utilize our intelligence. Artistic depictions of the Human condition that connects us on a deeper level. No matter what kind of character, creature, species they are. I seriously don't understand who can enjoy these modern live action movies. Filled with so much disconnected CGI. Cheap cop out writing, acting, storytelling that is treating our entire audience like they are 2 yr olds that just need a pair of shiney keys waved in front of them for entertainment... it's a very bland & soulless way to entertain... From the 80's-00's we had such well made stories & animation. We had creative ways to show expressions, emotions, give the audience feelings without overly explaining it. I really miss it all. So much now is just bland green screen CGI disconnected hollow movie's/TV shows. *(If you would have told kid me back in the early 90s that most animation in media would basically disappear. I wouldn't have believed you and gone back to watching X-Men the animated series. That was just 1 of many animated shows that was so well crafted. The story of mutants was so universally relatable. Media abstractly taught me life lessons, touched on difficult situations, found intelligent ways to tell stories. So much so that when I've gone back & rewatched them as a adult. I realized how well they told & crafted stories that anyone can enjoy & appreciate them no matter what age they are. Great examples are (Pretty much anything created by Don Bluth or Written by Roald Dahl) The Brave little toaster, James and the giant peach, The never ending story, Rocko's modern life, Jumanji, Hook, The secret of the Nimh, Sword and the stone, black cauldron, Little Nemo and the adventures of Slumberland, beetle juice, Alice in wonderland, Rock-a-doodle, Captain Planet, Thundercats, He-man, Spawn, Batman, Batman beyond, toxic crusaders, Matilda, The BFG, Ren and stimpy, courage the cowardly dog, magic school bus, Dexter's laboratory, pinky and the brain, I am weasel, IR Baboon, Ah! Real monster's, goosebumps, are you afraid of the dark, pee wee's playhouse, she-ra warrior princess, cow & chicken, gargoyle's, power rangers, TMNT, the Indian in the cupboard, Addams family, toy soldier's, honey I shrunk the kid's, wild thornberries, hey Arnold, angry beaver's, Flintstones, the Jetsons, Kablam. There's so many more I won't list them all. They all had such a unique impact on my life & my love for media, drawn animation, practical effects. So many ways of telling stories. So many types of creatures, unique worlds, weird things, macabre things. I loved how we used to embrace those things. Seeing how things are nowadays, i feel so lucky that i got to grow up in the 90's. Back then I never could have guessed that things would have changed the ways they did. It was such a great time to be a kid. The world seemed to have so many creative ways kids, teens and adults could all enjoy themselves. Entertaining movies with practical effects. Animated movies/shows galore. If they used CGI it was used intelligently. I really miss the Vibe of that Era. The creativity that came from that era. I really hope we find a way to reconnect with it because the world seems like it really needs it right now. I mean just look at the aesthetics compared to now? Things have somehow become so bland, bleek, and minimalism that it doesn't even make since. Most Old house's/building's/uúnique shop's are gone. Interesting oddities like drive in movies, indoor fun zones, arcade's, magazines that came with a demo disc to try out game's, blockbuster/Hollywood video, McDonald's had N64's, you could preview music before buying it, they had great kid's toy's, Roller Rink's, Garbage pale kid's card's. You get the point. I want to reignite that feel sort of like Retro-Futurism or that Y2K Vibe compared to this current Dystopian pessimism that seems solely focused purely on capitalistic agendas. Our Quality of Life should be better than this.

This isn't the only Welsh Valley flooded to provide water for English cities. This may be part of Welsh History but Boris Johnson proposed that the capacity of Welsh and Scottish reservoirs be increased to provide water for the South of England using canals and rivers to transport it.

the reason anime attracts audiences is because the freedom of ideas, you can find any ideas in any anime such as dragon maid, goth vampire loli, cute android girl.... to dark fantasy anime like goblin slayer with rape, gore or fucked up story like school days, the industry do everything they want as long as there is ideas the problem with Disney is they are too family friendly, nothing wrong with that but it's just not as interest as anime, that's why it's labeled as kid movies outsite of Disney the best they can do is The Sausage Party or anything similar, most of the time it's related to sex the Western audiences has this line that you just can't cross, it can't be too violence or too gore, the story need to tone down to be more appropriate, after a while it's just boring One simple example, Konosuba, the scene when Kazuha steal other girl's panty, you know it's comedy and burst out laughing, but I doubt any Western companies dare to do that in their movie

My favourite anime is Black Clover! Its a fantasy anime adapted from manga. The main character Asta is not blessed like his rival Yuno but he works his hardest even from a young age to achieve his goal of getting the highest military rank in the kingdom and gaining enough power to protect everyone around him. Despite being rivals Asta and Yuno have a relationship of lifting each other up and they both make new friends on their journey. Its a bit lengthy with 170 episodes (be sure to watch the anime openings, they're really good!) Then there's a movie that you should watch after that (it takes place around 5 episodes earlier? And foreshadows things that will be revealed much later) Finally if you still crave more you can read the manga from where the anime finishes, around chapter 270! There is also a fan made colour manga that goes for around 30 chapters. Honestly I could talk for hours about Black Clover but what I want most is for a seasonal release of more episodes with proper budget and time and plenty of people working to fulfil its potential. There is a lot of talk about this happening in the future but so far no official news. I also recommend Hajime No Ippo an even longer story about a a teenage boy discovering a love for boxing and searching for the meaning of strength. Because its a sports anime adapted from manga I have far less to say except, its good!

Because Asian creators (not just Japan, mind you) are not afraid to cross the line. When I was a kid, people say "Animes are for kids!" but now a lot of Animes have a mix of both adult and kids content. A LOT of Animes have adult fanservices where both men and women are portrayed very sexually (big boobs, THICC thighs, muscular bodies, shirtless men, etc.). In short, Anime has ADAPTED to the demands of viewers. Meanwhile, Disney just continued to go downhill because they solely focused on Kid-friendly content but instead of adapting, they further degressed by going WOKE. All this because they are totally afraid of offending some of their viewers. Well Anime doesn't care about any of that. You hate big-breasted THICC women? Go watch your Disney, we don't care! You hate seeing shirtless men? Go watch your Disney, we don't care! You hate sex-related content? Go watch your Disney, we don't care! You hate men violently brutalizing each other all while being very muscular? Man, you get the idea! Here's the reality, no matter what country you're in, SEX SELLS! If you're content is full of beautiful men and women doing all sorts things catering to adults but at the same time having a great story, it's gonna SELL!

I wouldn't care if Scotland left. I'm quite happy for more of English Taxes staying in England, fed up with subsidising other places. Scotland has many freebies that England hasn't and English taxpayers are funding them. Do you remember the "Austerity Years?" Guess who wasn't subjected to it. All the infrastructure in Scotland, roads, rails, oil facilities etc paid for by the UK, Scotland, with a population and income one tenth of England's, owes the rest of us a fortune.

If Scotland breaks away from the United Kingdom, Britain will lose the "23-mile tank trap" of the English Channel. This, together with the Royal Navy's maritime supremacy, is what has kept the UK safe from continental aggression and domination ever since the 18th century. In WW2, Hitler could have invaded and conquered Scotland first, and then used it as a beach-head to attack England. Hadrian's Wall would not have been rebuilt (!) in time to stop a blitzkrieg by the panzers.
