Im real curious what some people go through in their day to day lives to need to carry all of this crap on them. I carry a little boker that has just scissors and a blade and if i have a Leatherman too then it just feels too much. Im not hating i just cant imagine carrying so much stuff. Where do you even fit all that.

This isn’t something I carry, that’s why it’s not in a sheath - way too heavy. I keep this in the junk drawer for small projects, bring it in the car if I’m on a trip or grab it when I go to my mother in laws house because she always asks for random little fixes. Definitely not EDC, I carry very light tools

Version 4 sounds way better than the 3. The Marshall sounds broken. Thanks for the review, it made my decision easy.

Can someone help please? I have a Delta 2 with added battery, is it possible to connect a further Lithium battery by way of a XT 60 connecter? Could I keep this permanently connected? Thank you.

i was going to grab the wera Kraftform Kompakt 27 RA but noticed there is a 26 version that is more compact. do you know if there are any major differences? other than the telescoping bit holder, is there any reason not to get the 26?

I care a lot more about volume than weight, but focusing heavily on weight has a side effect of also making this really compact, I plan on using this as a starting point

I bought rambler on your recommendation (without thinking at all). And how glad I am. I always carried a big knife, but in my new country I can't. I love using rambler. I often come across victorinox videos and I realize that rambler is the best for me. Thank you very much!

I don’t know if anyone mentioned this, but the corkscrew is excellent for opening knots in cordage/rope/shoe laces. I think it’s a good tool even if you don’t drink wine.

I didn't find a cheaper ratchet, but the Bitbar inline Max (by Big idea design), paired with leatherman ratchet bit is very compelling as well. It has 10 bits, is very versatile and ergonomic, and packs even smaller. It is expensive tho, as it's made of titanium and in the US.

I bought a mini bugout a few years ago and paid $179 CDN I now see they are $220. I wish I had gotten a clone to try out because I really don’t like the mini bugout I don’t like the axis lock on it hard to get my figures lined up out of the way maybe it the lightness of the knife or smallness just hard working the axis lock

Get stuff from a pawn shop and save much more. Carry something less than 30lbs rather than 17 lbs, you’re not that weak or OCD about an on the go tool kit

I don’t need tools to hang pictures in my house for my “on the go” tool bag, that’s what a tool chest or kitchen drawer is for. My number one used item on the go is a good multimeter, like an American made Fluke. 1/3 to 1/2 of issues with mechanical equipment while you are on the go is usually electrical related. If you have a boat or live near saltwater that number becomes 80 percent. Learn to,use a multimeter.

I would ditch the 2 largest sizes maybe 3 of the Allen wrenches, they are taking up too much room. You could replace them with 2 much smaller Allen sockets. With the space save I would add a 14, 15, 17mm sockets and still save room. End wrenches aren’t always interchangeable with sockets, sometimes you just don’t have the space. You could also ditch some of the sizes of Phillips and flat heads but that doesn’t save a lot of room. 2 of the most essentials in my vehicle are a 19mm and 21 mm socket with breaker bar. That cheap small tire iron that comes with your vehicle just isn’t going to get it done the way tire shops impact lug nuts on. Just yesterday I needed the other size socket the help a Lady at the gas station versus my lug nuts on size. Also you might drag a trailer with different lug nuts compared to your own vehicle. 19 and 21 usually gets it done. Now I have a Makita 1400 ft/lb 1/2” Cordless impact so I don’t need the breaker bar. It will override any air impact gun a tire shop has.
