Using a BackPod ? Warning if YOU have Costochondritis or Scoliosis

I bought one myself. I have both scoliosis and costochondritis. It was so painful I never used it again.

Sorry to hear. You'll meed specific manipulation by a chiropractor w cold laser therapy on the chest

Do yourself a favor and check a (manual) therapeut and save yourself a lot of pain and trouble. I got a backpod to but it doesn't work well for me.

Yes, it's not for everyone. While some mild cases will get relief, I always ask..... do they still have to use the backpod years after for relief? If so, the backpod is not getting to the source of the costochondritis or you need a more specific realignment w cold laser therapy. Hopebthis video helped or helps others.

A lot of people with costochondritis swear by them... For $50 it's worth a try IMO. Doctors or PT would cost much more and they often downplay or misdiagnose anyways. So we will see when mine comes thursday! They already checked my lungs and heart... I'm going to guess costochondritis but what do I know? I'm not the doctor here...
