Hey thanks for this video. Single female here! Same fridge as yours and I started to hear that “card in the spoke” sound and gargle gargle here and there..yes there was lots of ice down below the freezer so I let the entire thing defrost for a couple of days and tonight I only uncovered the panel where coils are and inspected the back as shown by you. I wasn’t having ice maker issues at all btw. Fingers crossed that this fixes the issue. These Samsungs are notorious for this so I have heard.. Can this be done over cinder block?
@PottersWork10 күн бұрын
@@justinhall8958 if I was doing it, I’d place a moisture barrier against the block and furring strips on top to fasten your cedar to. There might be other options for materials to place over the block as well that you could fasten the cedar directly to that would stop moisture migration from the block to the cedar.

We just ordered some too. How did you do with putting them together 😅
@BodybyGym2 күн бұрын
@@jessicabeaty3787 Just got them all up last week. Went pretty well. Make sure you go thru the kitchen and mark all your studs before hand. We used telescoping poles to lift and hold them in place before screwing. Really good cabinet screws come with it. Best use an impact driver to screw in. They can be challenging at first but we really like how they look installed. Very heavy. The first thing you should do, is go down your order list and find all the sku numbers/parts that go with each cabinet and organize them that way, then put the first box up (we have mostly wall cabinets), Clamp them together then use the cabinet connectors to connect them together before you screw the next one into the wall and so on. Then, band them all. We did all the horizontal banding first, then the vertical. After that, put the hinges on the doors, which is pretty easy - once you get them out of the package, you'll probably know what to do. After that, put the banded shelves in. Base cabinets with drawers were harder because the instructions kinda suck as to where to put the gliders, but once you figure that out, they go pretty quick assembling them. We have a problem with them closing all the way, but we were told they just need to be worked. I hope that's true!... Oh, and some of the hardware is in the kits (like drawer kits) and some of it is in a box of it's own with all of the connectors, screws, banding etc. Those components all have their own sku numbers, but they are all put into one big box. Other things, like the cover panels, have the screw at the end of their boxes, so don't thrown them away. Once you get started and see how it all works, it'll go quick.
