You put so much mustard on the egg roll how can you taste the shrimp LOL they're probably tiny shrimp.

They were very weak sauces... I like the burn of the usual stuff they have in containers on the tables in most Chinese joints!

Yes moo goo gai pan always has snow peas, carrots and mushrooms at least.
