Why not mention belt squats, all the benefits of back squats while avoiding the main disadvantages - axial fatigue and back injury risk?

Your transverse biceps vein on the right side moves nicely over the biceps as you move your arm. That looks good!

That tat on the right arm...like a dagger or military type knife...I'm thinking it's something official, with serious meaning in his life! Just guessing. He has a really Classic Old School kind of physique...the best kind!

@@FitMediaChannel I suspected something like that! I found his channel, and he last posted a year ago! Wish he was still active, as his journey in fitness would be inspirational to follow!

This is my first time back to the channel in a while. I miss the interviews y'all used to do at expos and bodybuilding shows. I've been around since this channel was Stories of the Shirtless. Will y'all ever get back to how things used to be?

Thanks for your support. You’re right, we used to have more of a magazine format. These days, it’s a much more competitive environment. Our strategy to stay ahead of the game is to focus on ‘timeless’ , detailed workout information that is relevant and valuable over time. The expos and shows were fun to cover, but they were also topical, people won’t still be watching them a year later. But we hope you enjoy the recent content of high end workout videos.

@FitMediaChannel you guys are doing great, but if you ever were to switch things up and occasionally throw in some reminiscence, I'm here for it. Your coverage of Greg Plitt and the muscle expos are what got me into this channel, along with the training plans. Thanks for your work. It's appreciated.
