Just back at the gym after a break, this was an amazing guide to follow. It was only supposed to be a flying visit, destroy my shoulders and get out but, I was in well over an hour. Loved it!

What about adding resistance bands to some of the exercises to add resistance to the top of the movement?

Watchmen movie brought this dude to my attention. Never gave him much mind, but seeing him now I understand. He was a good man that helped other people by his example which is not easy to do. Could have used some real friends to keep him grounded and try to get out of his way to impress others with spectacular displays ( like the one he lost his life in ). Rest in peace hero. Found you late but will listen now.

I'd recommend working on the upper chest more than abs. My abs got too big and my chest is finally catching up

If you want to work your lats but don't have a pull-up bar or one to do inverted rows, you can do scapula/elbow pinches. Lay on you back w/ arms at your sides, out at a slight angle. Push your elbows into the floor, pull your shoulders back trying to get your scapulas to touch and pullto the center slightly w/ your elbows, but not hard enough for them to slide inwards. Easiest version, keep your but and head relaxed on the floor. A bit harder keep your head elevated just off the floor. Even harder, keep your heels close to your but also lift you but off the ground, you should feel in your back much more than your legs. The farther you extend your legs, the harder it is (when I was at my strongest, I could only do them w/ my legs straight for one or two good reps). Make sure you are pulling your shoulders down towards your feet, not shrugging to your ears.

As said on the video, "Use weights you can control/comfortable with. So it doesn't matter what your body weight > weight you're lifting?
