hi atty, may question po ako. what if A,B,C conspired to commit rebellion, yet C had a change of heart, so si A and B lng nag execute . ang magiging kaso po ba is A and B is rebellion. and C is conspiracy to commit rebellion? thanks po

Ah ic.. i took that from the lecture of supreme court justice peralta.. according to him, "the guy there is a principal by indispensable cooperation. Without him there could be no adultery".

Para hindi nakakalito isipin mo na lang na principal pa rin silang dalawa for the crime..
