Having a bad case if flue for 3 weeks I'm left with anx6 pani attacks a feeling if not being able to breath or fear if not getting sir in can't breath a feeling if walls sliding in wanting to run out if the house 😢

I have learnt in the last 3 to 4 years having and still suffering with anxiety/ physical is that breathing exercises need to be done on a regular basis to feel the benefits. It does help having someone like Adele in this video to talk you through it and do the exercise with you at the same time. You have a very calming and reassuring voice 🙏 for uploading this video❤️ps we don’t realise how many people are going through mental health issues but it’s helpful to know you’re not alone. 😊

I found these videos and the channel the other day and have been listening to them as I lay down at night to do breathing and meditative relaxing after fourteen years of military PTSD and recent trauma from surgical necessities and health fears. While I completely understand these videos may not work for everyone, since starting the nighttime routine of listening to these, calming my breathing and centering my rhythm and focus, or allowing said focus forms of freedom during the meditation, I've noticed my usually high and flighting anxiety has calmed to a degree during the day. I have been looking for ways to include these videos into my day at varying times to keep it spontaneous that I seek a moment of calm. If Adele Burdon-Bailey were to do more videos like these, I feel like the videos would be educational, beneficial, and work for people who take the time to train their bodies, their minds, and to seek out their own forms of normality, or their return to such. The method in which Adele has presented these videos in such a calm, quiet, and relaxed, natural manner and setting has been such a wonderful help. Thank you and the team around these videos for making them, and I am incredibly grateful to have found these. I look forward to following the channel for hopeful future videos like this one to appear. Many thanks.
