recently I got into jumping rope, mainly because one of your shorts popped on my homepage and I thought that looks really sick so I ordered my first jump rope. just wanted to say thank you for your videos that got me into this and helped with the basics. right now I'm slowly, but patiently progressing and can't wait when I'll be able to do those combos.

Hi Eddie, I came across your channel when I was starting out jump roping a month ago. So far I've been steadily progressing but I wanna know, what's your view on heavy jump ropes?
@EddieJumps13 сағат бұрын
Going to do a video on this! They are good way of mixing things up. Can’t build muscle with them but offer a different experience to using lighter ropes. Personally - I stick to PVC & Beaded!

How long did it take to get really fit with skiping ?.....been power skipping for few weeks now.....and do you recomend the rubber mat ? presume to save knee damage.
@EddieJumps2 күн бұрын
Mat will help with the impact. Depends how you judge really fit. Just do it little and often!
