Starting with the first footwork any beginner needs to learn first which is The Basic Bounce.
Focus on all the key points in the video.
▫️Arms close to the body in the pocket position
▫️Only jump 1-2 inches
▫️Soft impact when jumping
▫️Generate the power by flicking the wrists down to spin the rope
▫️Focus on control - not speed
