Getting the correct Rope Length depends on 3 Things!
1️⃣ Height
2️⃣ Skipping Experience
3️⃣ Skipping Style
Its not a one size fits all.
What you will find is you’ll have to experiment quite a few times before you finally find that sweet spot.
Judge your Rope Length on how it feels and are you getting sucess.

Hi Eddie, I came across your channel when I was starting out jump roping a month ago. So far I've been steadily progressing but I wanna know, what's your view on heavy jump ropes?

Going to do a video on this! They are good way of mixing things up. Can’t build muscle with them but offer a different experience to using lighter ropes. Personally - I stick to PVC & Beaded!

Some people that are the same height have different arm lengths. My arms are shorter compared to others my height.. I would think this would effect how you size your rope. Correct?

Shorter rope = faster for speed Longer rope = slower for footwork or for beginners 2:50
