Someone will get a great deal with this home. Nice to see that there are still affordable areas in the state not too far from the cities.

With all the trash that they are importing into the cities, it's better to be as far away as possible.

Nice!, Simular layout to a 1979 Fleetwood I had, It was a little bigger with 2 Baths and a big walk in Closet in the master BR, Just have to be carefull buying these old mobile homes in parks like this!, If they shut down or evict you the homes too old to be moved and will have to be torn down!

Wow can you say old school LOL. This is a copy of mine and my hubby’s first home as young adults starting out in the 80’s ,accept ours was a full single. That rd behind is plus to living in the middle of no ware.

This is a very nice sized home. Not too big or small. I agree that the exterior and interior colors are great. My two cats would have natural camouflage in this place. 😄 Great price and reasonable lot rent too! A quiet, rural setting has great appeal as well. Thanks for the tour!

I live in Florida and we don't have too many affordable places either. If a mobile home was this price, the lot rent would be $800-$1000*. I've no idea what people are going to do.

Very nice for the price. Heat & cooling might be pricy for this older home unless insulation has been updated.

I never liked trailer houses until seeing the movie Kill Bill. The scene where Cameron Diaz and Michael Madson are fighting in the desert outside of his trailer. I guess this would be similiar, but with neighbors in-sight and no Hollywood drama. Looks like a nice community.

What can you get for $25,000? Although all the equipment is vintage/used, the place has been refurbished. It's sited on a sea of stone with nothing to walk to, but the area looks clean. As another poster has pointed out, unless the insulation has been upgraded this will be expensive to cool and heat. We don't know what the park fees are. Still, it's hard to find anything decent anywhere for $25,000.

All well and good until Wall st. buys the trailer park and jacks the rent up to unaffordable and then takes your trailer.

That is happening everywhere... my lot rent doubled in 8 years (it's cheaper than some other parks within 30 minutes of me), not to mention losing amenities that were here when I moved in; damned if you do, damned if you don't

Arizona City's crime rate is 46% higher, property crime is 44% higher, and violent crime is 58% higher than the national average, according to the latest figures available from 2021. (Source: Areavibes) Demographic's, from the last census, shows 52.5% white, 43.5% hispanic, 1.4% black. It's cheap for a reason. Buyer beware.

Look at the $$ for newer homes... to replace the NEW manufactured home I bought new 9 years ago is now doubled in price & my home is only a 14x56. My new steps cost more than the deck I built 8 years ago.
