I used to work for coke they snakes they talk all this family shit and would stab you in the back they they lied on me and fired me for nothing they told me I call out all time and I come to work late every day and I’m always on my phone I did none of these things they didn’t do no investigation or nothing they just took my badge fuck them

I was a merchandiser for Coca-Cola Florida a few years ago, and I struggled to find anything I liked about the job. There was no perks to the job. I worked every single weekend. I was always working long days when you go to grocery stores and convenience stores people are not happy with you management takes it out on you. Like you said in the video it’s very unstructured also You never know where you’re going. coca-Cola Florida also has a corporate problem An HR problem and a training program problem. The pay is not that great either for the amount of stress of the job and physical labor. Takes a really special person to work for Coca-Cola as a merchandiser. It’s definitely not for me.

Terrible job. I’ve been in training for two weeks with Coca Cola Consolidated and I’m seriously thinking about throwing in the towel. The crazy start time, workload, and stress for the low pay just isn’t worth it. I’m 33 years old and this is the worst job I’ve ever had. Stay away from Coke people, they do not care about their employees or customers. It’s all about getting that poisonous beverage on the shelf and selling it to the gullible masses.

You're welcome!! I wrote to UTZ about offering a No Salt version when I found that my local store had none Not too long after I wrote the letter, the No Salt variety as on the shelf at the same local grocery store. . They were even nice enough to respond and include coupons.

The blades are universal for almost every hilt. I found out yesterday for example that the Savi’s Workshop blades are not compatible with Yoda’s or Ashoka’s box set sabers. They come with their own blades.

I worked for Abarta Coca Cola beverages as a merchandiser for years . Their pay is terrible work you to death and your job is never good enough. The sale reps over order you pack the stores to the max and still complain. The grocery store managers receivers are always crying 😭 Pepsi is the same way glad I got my CDL!!!!

I had to find out the hard way that working for a food and beverage company, there really wasn’t a set schedule for large parts of the year. I made great money but never had the time to spend it.😂 Thanks for sharing your experience

I worked at Utz for over 23 years, not in route sales though but in the processing department at their pretzel plant in Hanover I guess about like 7 years ago they decided to go "owner operators" with their route sales. That is all the route sales drivers would have to buy their truck and be there own independent contractor for the company. The commission was doubled but of course all of the gas, maintenance, insurance etc on the trucks are now their responsibility. And on top of that they even have to buy their route! Yes, they actually put a price tag on that! It's based off something like the average weekly sales of a particular route. But a lot of the older guys did not want to do that so some decided to bid on jobs inside the plants. So many went from delivering the snacks to actually now making them. And so they lose all the company benefits, like insurance, 401k etc and other nice little things like use of the company gym, the huge Christmas party, well that we used to have prior to covid, the yearly company picnic to Hershey Park to name a few.

First ate Utz products since almost 60 years ago in Lancaster PA, and 40 years ago in Baltimore when they were just a regional potato chip. In NY State, most varieties are now - thankfully - available. All I can say is, and I exhort you to quote me: Never be a putz, Always buy Utz !😅
