Hey Paul. Like the front elevation. Big front room. Nice open concept dining/kitchen/living room. Covered lanai. Prefer a pool over the firepit and seating. Like the rear bathroom and bedroom. Drop zone and garage. Like the staircase placement. Big loft. Love the staging. Big laundry. Spacious primary. Love the shower to the privately to the side. Linen closet , big closet. Spacious hall bathroom as well as guest bedrooms. Only problem is 1 bathroom serving 3 bedrooms. Beautiful home for those wanting a 3-story. Thanks for sharing.

Nice home but the decor is horrendous. Too many ugly, non coordinating, multi colors throughout the home. I enjoy your quick but thorough and smooth video style.
