Too funny!! I made upside down pizza yesterday, a bit different way, though. Thanks for the tidbit about the temp with the broiler. Did you go "live" on KZbin? Because I did not get a notification.

@@bakingsteel That's cool. Only way I can accommodate 12" would be round as the back of my toaster is rounded off. I'll have to stick with the screen until I get a real oven. 😂✌

I am trying to make a neopolitan style and I am trying to perfect the oven. This video is so helpful!! I was wondering if I could put the fresh mozarella after the broil so the cheese doesn't burn. I saw this tip in one of Vito Lacopelli's videos. Would the cheese cook enough in those two minutes without the broil?
@bakingsteel9 күн бұрын
that will definitely work and. a good idea.

Hi Andris. When making a big batch of this, I use a big Tupperware that seals and put it in the fridge. When I go to use it, the dough is kind of crusty on the top. Is this normal? If not, how do I stop it?
@bakingsteel9 күн бұрын
sprinkle a bit of water on top, that will soften the top..
