This has been the most unhelpful customer service I've ever dealt with. The fact that I simply couldn't cancel my order before it was shipped because it was mistakenly assigned to an old address, is BEYOND levels of customer unfriendly, and their support basically told me, "Sorry buddy but there's nothing we can do to help you. Gooo 🖕 yourself." in a "nice" way. This is the last time I'll be buying anything off of eBay.

These sealed tapes do command a hefty price. It would be a huge disappointment if these tapes were not in mint condition because they were exposed to a strong magnetic field, which could never be verified. That technology had these deficiencies, and the playback integrity could be compromised.
