22.4 million is not a high dollar investment at QB. That is a cheap investment at QB, and is 18 million less than Dak’s. The whole point is not reworking Dak’s deal and playing Trey Lance on a show me deal in 2025. If he produces than you pay him, and there is optimism. You don’t pay Dak because you know what he is. Be like the Broncos and eat the money and look forward.

And that 4th round draft pick is a waste and we missed out on a RB in the 2024 draft. I don't want Dak either but it's not much that can be done.
