Uploading in 2k and 4k is the single best advice I got when it comes to export settings. vp9 codec really makes the difference in quality

But what if KZbin ruined the video even with the vp09 codec in 4k? I have this situation now, I see noises and pixels on my 4k video, which was made with Blackmagic 6k pro, plus I rendered it with a maximum bitrate in Davinchi.

wow, now i see why the chrome 2020.icc sucks, their using 709 lol. So the chrome scRGB will suffice with its wider gamut than sRGB. Ive got a B.T.2100 added to my color mgt and seems to give a lot more colors and sharper.. my LG 32"4k accepts it really nicely for photos. without 400nits and 3000:1 contrast, and 7500 color temp it wouldnt have been so seamless. Thanks for showing your tips, ive had to work around a lot of windows settings. Theres one in reg you might like, can you beleive ms chat gave it up? \HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop then reduce "menu" to 0 lag.

Although the Blackmagic Camera app supports this, I've yet to see a single KZbin video, including from Tilta, that demonstrates how well it works. Nobody on the Blackmagic Forum, or in the Facebook Group that focuses on the Blackmagic app, is reporting using this device.

It would be very helpful to be able to see myself remotely before starting recording. Any suggestions for a tool to help with this use case?

My current issues are with viewing videos on KZbin on a 75" screen! There's often annoying banding especially on the darker areas of the video/screen especially when HDR is on but ALSO when it is off... I don't have this problem when I use the laptop screen. So it seems like it's not my TV or Windows display settings... It's the amount of compression applied by KZbin and creators not knowing your trick :( On a big screen, the banding is VERY noticeable... Well at least now I know, so I can stop messing with the settings and just live with it. Edit: I just tried the KZbin app from the TV and the video bands there too!! Wow! That's quite the discovery for me.

i dont understand your point system. You are giving points just because of a larger sensor size? Or a point just because a camera has more megapixels??? That literally makes no sense.

When I make my videos, they look awesome in the editing app, and the auditory effect is also on point. When I transfer them to KZbin, the quality is diminished, and it looks tacky. Thanks for this, brother!

I have a question. I am a new youtuber. I have uploaded videos before, and I can always get the (VP9 codec) for my videos. So, when I am in the process of exporting my video to (mp4), I usually set the bitrate to (68,000 kbps) --> since KZbin recommends 4k videos to have anywhere between (66,000 kbps - 68,000 kbps/66 mbps - 68 mbps). I have the option of increasing bitrate to the max of (200,000 kbps). Should I use (68,000 kbps bitrate) or (200,000 kbps bitrate) --> for uploading a KZbin video, aka: uploading a game walkthrough video --> lots of moving pictures on the screen at once.

Can you share this video ( final exported files) so i can compare and learn please? ❤

Thanks, this was quite informative. I exported my 1080p video to 1440p and KZbin used the VP09 codec on it. Thing is though, my 1440p (set to 100% high quality export with VSDC) 12-minute video is 20GB! I'm going to run out of disk space.
