Nice space(s) and design! Literally no elbow room. A nice single family prop in that style would have been nicer imo instead of wedging two townhomes on a tiny residential lot. But that's developers for you.

the house is gorgeous. definitely love the Dutch influences like skylight above staircase. Mr. de Vries seems like such a genuine guy. however the prize tag is pretty wild.

Beautiful place but for me there is a huge but. You walk right into your kitchen….where am I going to put my rain coat? Where is the closet? And shoes? Basically hallway is missing. It’s a deal breaker for me.
